    I love having this as my (despite competition) go to local convenience store! Everyday essentials and also plenty of higher quality foods for that lunch you’re rustling together for a friend with fine tastes. All at supermarket prices and short/no queues for self checkout. The extra 2 minute return drive from my closest convenience store is time well spent.

    I really enjoy shopping here, however since they introduced security guards, I feel so anxious when I am in there. They are very rude and hostile and look right through me, no hello, no nothing, no emotion, just suspicion i feel, past two visits on the 26/11 and 27/11 were horrible, makes me feel it's because I am mixed race and wear expensive clothes and look tired as I work so hard. You can feel the security guard staring right at you. Honestly please put someone friendly and not someone who profiles people. You can't judge who is going to steal these days, thieves come in all shapes and sizes and colours. I'm pretty sure I am the only one being treated this way. Been shopping here 40 months without hassle till now. I have every faith the store will take my feedback on board as the management team are brilliant as are the staff.

    What a shambles, whatever happened to customer service? Sainsburys sort yourself out, this store needs some serious staff training. Half the time you’re lucky if you can even find someone to help you let alone serve you on an actual till. My advice is save yourself the hassle and go over to one stop, at least you get served by an actual person who seems pleased to see you.

    Really disappointed with the customer service here. My 4 year old daughter desperately needed the toilet and despite how obvious it was we were told no. Even the manager refused. I’ve never experienced this before, every other Sainsbury’s and supermarket we’ve been to has always been understanding in situations like this. Turning away a young child in need is just unacceptable and shows a shocking lack of care from the staff and management. It honestly makes sense why this place has so many bad customer reviews.

    Not very well stocked or staffed. Can't possibly do a half decent shop here. Just not enough variety of products. Would now rather drive to Waitrose to do a shop.

    Despite there being a security guard on the door, they let anyone in without a mask. Why are they letting the few spoil it for the majority. Also let anyone park in the one disabled bay outside.

    Really well thought out. Great open aspect windows at the front. Of course brand new, its super clean. The shelving is smart and the aisles are very clearly marked. Quick self checkouts at the door. Parking on the doorstep back and front. Perfect for a local supermarket. Looks good.
