   Zero communication on my deliveroo order. I ordered dinner items at 5.30pm. Made me wait 2 and a half hours before I contacted deliveroo who told me the store gave my order to the wrong driver or something. But then did not even think to call me or cancel my order? Leading me to believe they were still packing my order.

   Well-kept and well-run supermarket that’s easy to shop in. The store is very clean throughout, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful, which makes a noticeable difference on each visit. It feels well managed, with good availability on the shelves and clear layouts that make finding what you need straightforward. There are also plenty of good offers across the store, which makes it a solid choice for both quick top-ups and bigger weekly shops. Overall, a reliable and pleasant place to shop.

   Generally helpful in store, as it's face to face (staff are friendly) but fall short on deliveries. Anything remotely obscure (i.e. anything that is not bread, baked beans, eggs, meat etc) is repeatedly rejected as 'not found' even though I know it's in stock. Don't know if they are short staffed, easily confused or just can't be bothered, but delivery service is basic.

   The staff in store are lovely but I don't know what has happened to the ordering/supply system recently. Every time zI go in there something has run out and not been replaced. Sometimes the shelves seem half empty

   Recently had a beautiful bouquet of flowers made up from the flower stand. They can make a bouquet from the flowers on the side and make them the way you want. Looking forward to using them again. Both ladies are very talented and helpful

   The worst morrisons I've been in to be honest. Sorry to say this. It was dirty. We ate in the cafe and the food wasn't very nice. Toilets were dirty and messy. I wouldn't do my shopping here so had to stop somewhere else on the way home.

   Morrisons used to be a good store, pretty good quality of stock for a fair price but now it's just becoming extortionate. nobody can afford a decent weekly shop at your prices, not to mention the lack of staff at the self service or deli counters (not that I blame them because they all quit over your COVID sick pay policies, disgusting!) You are losing custom to bargain stores and competitors several miles away! You are not the high end gourmet store you think you are and you need to remember your profit comes from the regular people! Greed & pomposity have brought you here and you will reap what you have sown!

   Always a great experience and wide selection. Of particular interest, their crisps are full of flavour and have an awesome crunch. At £1.15 for 150g, these are an absolute steal.

   Went to the cafe today it was freezing cold in there as the sliding doors were broke. felt so sorry for the staff working still smiling and giving a great service as always come on managenent get it sorted your staff deserve better

   Nice enough store, it's average size, they have packed a lot in the store though, with a nice fresh/bakery section at the back of the store. Feels a bit cramped, even when I visited and it wasn't that busy. A small young children's clothes section and a small toy section, my kids would be disappointed but my wallet is better off!
