   Purchased iceland branded wholemeal loaf of bread with best before date that still had a week until expiry and the whole loaf was covered in mould! Wont shop here again!!

   Worst Iceland in the West Midlands !! Selling items on offer as they are due to go past their sell by is normal. However, bringing them home to find they are already " off and not edible " is disgusting. Customer service is non existent. I think most of the staff have forgotten their manners and on more then one occasion, I've witnessed disability discrimination to members of the public in here. That isn't staff having a bad day, that's ignorance, and, discrimination pure and simple. Staff need basic training in customer service and need to be taught equality laws !! Particularly the youngish blonde girl with long hair, that is often on the tills. She has zero communication skills, not even a simple acknowledgement of a customer, nor does she smile or say thank you, when you let her pass by in store. Vile thing she is. Witnessed her unprofessional attitude towards customers, multiple times. If, your that unhappy working here, then find other employment, that doesn't involve interacting with members of the public. Everybody has bad days, but, rudeness, is unacceptable. Simple as. I won't be shopping in this particular store in future. Much more nicer Iceland stores to choose from, where staff at least manage a simple smile. Shame on you, Iceland, Bescot.

   I think the time of this shop should change to 3.45 as the doors are closed at this time, after a lady complained about the time, a manager opened the doors, I said it’s a quick dash for a loaf of bread, the management then speak to us like a child saying why have you left it all day to get 1 item, and then carried on to shout that we all have home to go to. Not very professional….

   Absolutely dreadful place! The store is in the most rundown and depressing retail park in the West Midlands. The staff are the rudest I have ever come across. The girl on the checkout was so rude I felt like just leaving my trolley and walking out. Definitely avoid if you can
