   Domino’s St Paul’s Cray is on fire — in the best way. My orders always show up hot, fast, and exactly how I asked. But the real magic is the management team. They run this place like a well-oiled pizza machine: friendly, switched-on, and you can tell they genuinely care. It’s rare to see a branch this organised and this upbeat. Easily my go-to Domino’s… these guys never miss!

   I’ve been ordering from the place for years with no issues until tonight, I ordered a festive pizza and it arrived absolutely doused in cranberry sauce, it’s only suppose to be a drizzle not dunked in sauce. It’s made the pizza completely inedible. I contacted the store for help, the staff was immediately rude asking why my phone number on private, why is it your business? I explained the problem and they said that’s what we ordered. Well no we didn’t order pizza completely dipped in sauce. The male then started to threaten saying there is CCTV of him making the pizza and that they wouldn’t refund me or give me a new pizza. I asked for his name and he stated it was John which it very clearly wasn’t. The customer service is terrible, very very rude. Now I’m left with -£30 out of my account and no dinner? I won’t be ordering from here anymore.Save your money or go somewhere else honestly…

   Showed the delivery time as roughly 30 minutes, after watching the tracker and it saying delivery was on its way andwould arrive in 9 minutes, the driver left the store, returned to the store, went to 2 other places taking at least 5 minutes at each, I called the store then still waited another 5/10 minutes, 30 minutes from leaking the store, squashed luke warm puzzas and sides and the idiot driver had put the ice cream in with the pizza's so I have mush! Trued callingback the store but they ended the calls. Rude staff and management, I will visit in person for a refund and won't ever use domino's again.
