   Wish i could leave no stars. A tesco staff member at anytime of the day must display customer service and a willness to help customers. This was not the case this morning, at roughly 10am this morning at Tesco express, 224 Easterly, leeds, ls8 3es. I producing in your store to purchase crossiants, once there i greeted a member of staff a young (grummpy) lady "good morning" got no respond under the assumption that she didnt hear me i said it once more but a bit louder "good morning" she looked me up and down and then turnt away. There after i said "ok i take my morning back" she then procceeded to say i dont have to be rude, which i kissed my teeth and said whatever. We went back and forwad about me being rude and what not. She then proceeded to tell me get out, shout and scream, then a large guy came grabbed the croissant from me and started calling me names: goon, thug (i assume those words were used because i am black and was wearing a black tracksuit) etc and proceeded to push me with me belly. This is completely unaccepetable, there was another member of staff who heard and saw it all and she testify to it all.

   Nice enough little Tesco Express, decent range for the size - but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE can someone fix that stupid Costa Coffee machine? Periodically (it feels like more often than not) it is beeping loudly and obnoxiously. It bothers me when I'm there so goodness knows how it must be affecting the staff. I have actively started avoiding the shop because of that stupid machine. EDIT: the machine has been fixed! Thank goodness.

   Called in earlier today, it's only 2nd time I've been in. As soon as I walked in there was a "guard" pretending to be a shopper, she then proceeded to literally follow me down every isle. I literally felt harassed, so I did got what I wanted and went there was no way I was browsing or spending anymore money there when I'm getting treated like that.

   Me and my sister visited 18/12/21 (a Friday), arrived around 22.25 to be informed the shop had been closed early even though there was no indication given either on the website OR on the door. Made a second visit 20/12/21 (Monday) at around 06:40, to be informed that the shop wouldn't be opening until 7am, not 6 am as advertised on the website and the store front window. I've been frequenting my local Tesco Metro/Express all through the covid "pandemic" and I've NEVER experienced any late opens or early closes, even when the stores I visited were not fully stocked. This is NOT good and BOTH times the Tesco store in question had missed out on full shopping bags worth of custom that went to Nisa down the road.

   Sort your toilets out. Had to wait over a minute for your automatic sinks to stop water flow and start the hand dryer. Sometimes older ways are much better.
