Really Big Place, Especially For The Bus Station Its Really Nice, The Cafe Tastes Really Nice And There's Lots Of Toys and Home Lighting Products And Essentials, There is also a pharmacy there, I have been there for 8 years now I really love it
My go-to Tesco in North Leeds. It's a big one so it has a great range of products as well as a pharmacy that I use from time to time. Also great for a meal deal with a Costa coffee ☕️.
Kuldeep needs to grow a personality and a smile. She just seemed like she doesnt know what customer service is. And I don’t know how shes been there since 2005.
The staff are lovely at Tesco extra at seacroft especially Sharon who goes above and beyond for the kiddies every year my children enjoy the activities she does with them
Poor. Kiosk staff member was more interested in chatting to who I assume was a friend/family member than serving customers. Products displays are chaotic, haphazard and impossible to fathom: spent an age trying to find basics (like tinned tomatoes), gave up and went elsewhere to do my shopping. Won't be back.
They continue to rip people off at the petrol pumps despite so many others having reduced their prices by up to 9p a litre on diesel. Like ripping off their suppliers isn't enough, they want to screw the customers too on groceries as well as fuel.
Checkout shift change is chaotic and leads to long queues. Do managers really care about customers? They need to experience this, then think!!! But I unfortunately foresee that they won't care! AVOID at shift swap times, or at all!! Wait to return there, until customers begin to be valued again!
Called at Tesco garage to fill my car tonight. About 5 cars in and no one in the shop yet I waited for the pump to be turned on. The woman at the till I could see was chatting on the phone. Well stuff your petrol Tesco because you won't get any money from me in future. I put the nozzle back and called at Sainsbury's they don't sit chatting on the phone and keeping you waiting.
Hovis seed sensation 7 seeds bread. Tesco says they are Aldi price matching £2, they are NOT. Just been to Aldi £1.85. Challenged the manager last week, he said the prices are checked regularly, obviously NOT. GO TO ALDI. CHECK THE PRICE MATCH
It was a hot day and the guy was refusing to serve me any Ice-cream, I'd been chasing him for miles and when he finally stopped he ran away. I just wanted a 99 to cool down, which would have probably cost me £2.50 but that's besides the point. This NHS Ice-cream service is below par and unacceptable.
