There is one certain staff who is quote rude. She always seems annoyed when she has to help anyone. Berated me for forgetting my purse one day. I'm a adult I don't need telling off from anyone in customer service for an innocent mistake. Not happy.
The staff have always been great with me but they are feeling under pressure as there isn't enough of them and it's getting worse as the company cuts costs. In the run up to Christmas the staffing was abysmal.

Ignorant staff leaving people at self checkouts for 15 minutes and just walking past them even when you politely approach for help. Asked for help 5 seperate times before we was finally helped
Depends what staff is on to what service you get.....there are a couple of proper miserable people here. I use it because it is local, otherwise I would shop elsewhere. Certain staff members fail to acknowledge or help, some staff talk to you one time and ignore you the next time...they would rather talk to each other. The Manager needs to remind his team that they work in a customer facing service industry.
Raw chicken and many other items left out un-refrigerated for very long. Dangerous and disgusting
Empty shelves, clueless staff this is more of a large convenience store rather than a supermarket. The basics are available but for variety and choice Asda Watch upon Dearne or Tesco is a 10 min drive away.
Went to asda today,needed approval for an item, assistant too busy using his personal mobile to tend to customers, female assistant had to shout him and tell him customers waiting,terrible service.
Staff are always pleasant enough here. Stocked really well instore too can't complain
Shocking customer service by some of the staff, i bought the £6 pizza deal a few weeks ago where you get a free sky movie, when i was at the self check out i needed help how to obtain my voucher, a member of staff came over who was very rude! The way she spoke to me was disgusting, saying “you’ll get your voucher when you pay” in a very snappy manner, once i paid i asked her again, she then told me to print off my receipt and the transaction code is my redeem code, i knew this sounded odd but attempted it anyway, clearly she was wrong. Went in again a few days later, her and another member of staff was talking about a customer on the shop floor, some very unprofessional staff who work there, not all but some. it’s a local shop for me just a shame who they employ, maybe train them to have some customer service skills.
