   This cafe is supposed to close at 5pm, we got there just after 4.30pm and tried to order some hot food only to be told by a very surly member of staff that the kitchen was closed. When I pointed out that it wasn't closing time she very abruptly said that the kitchen was closed. As I ushered my very upset grandchildren away I said that I would be making a complaint and her response was a shrug of the shoulders, a roll of the eyes and a huff. It isn't the fact that the kitchen was closed, it's the manner in which I was informed of the fact, the member of staff involved needs to have lessons in customer etiquette. The staff I have dealt with on previous visits have always been pleasant and helpful unfortunately this one has spoiled it for us.

   More staff is needed to properly stack the shelves. Everytime I visit the shelves are not faced up, constantly have to bend down to see the products pushed to the back of the shelf. Looks very untidy and messy, store often looks like it's the last open day before a 3 day bank holiday where everyone has rinsed everything.

   Always friendly helpful staff. Bit annoying having pallets of stock up aisles waiting to be put out but guess this is due to no longer restocking in the evening/night.

   This place is definitely going downhill. We used to shop here once a week and loved the salad bar but in the last few weeks its been disgusting. The compartments with the different pasta's in etc are contaminated with the other containers foods and very messy!

   We previously could get everything we needed at Morrisons. However things have changed. There is never much fresh veg, tomatoes or peppers on the shelves. Other items we liked have also disappeared. We now prefer to shop at Sainsburys.

   Bought chicken breasts they was placed in the wrong place the full batch I picked these up and bought them thinking the price was as labelled I paid and left reading the receipt as I got to the car noticed these was 7.99 for the only chicken breast that was only available too!!! I took these straight back into store as the price is ridicules I did not leave the car park with cctv could confirm and would not do a return as left store for 2.5 minutes the lady was rude and demanding without a smile sour woman with a chip on her shoulder as I was walking to the counter before she knew my reason for coming to the till in the first place don’t agree with this behaviour at all and the chicken was not worth that price at all it was double I usually pay

   This review is not a reflection on the store but a disappointment with the bakery ... we have bought Morrison’s doughnuts for as long as I can remember, the favourites being strawberry jam and the custard ... a pack of each was purchased today with hardly a hint of either flavour inside ... come on Morrison’s I know very well that times are hard but these were bordering on the “trade description “ default!!

   Great store with top quality produce but is a little pricy. However the cafe has great food at great prices and has a lovely atmosphere making it a great spot for a quick bite or cup of tea.

   Whilst the store is excellent, the cafe is often slow. The fresh products are reliably good. Parking is easy and access to the high street shops is simple and pedestrianised.
