   This shop is racist as hell. If you are black especially or from a different ethnic minority and you go and use the self checkout the staff will make you feel uncomfortable inspect you and come stand next to you when you are scanning you’re shopping and even asking you to scan your receipt even after paying for the shopping insinuating that you are tying to steal even though you have been a local customer for the last few years. I’ve had a bad experience I’m even thinking of changing to another store where I can go buy my groceries in peace.

   One rude staff here who had insulted me and my autistic son. I don't is 6 year and is autistic he had picked up a bakery item and ate some before us going to the till. However if you have special needs kids you would understand that it's difficult for them you understand. These children cannot wait and my son gets melt downs , ques are long by the time we get to the till he would have banged his head in the floor. We don't steal or just walk out without paying. I do let the staff know at the checkout if he had ate something before hand and that I need to pay for that item. Sadly a rude from white ethnicity came up to me saying she will take legal action against me for my son eating before hand . Like I said we didn't walk out by the bakery item. I was extremely devastated to hear this and cried. I don't go to Walsall, ablewell street store any longer. I wouldn't bother disgrace staff don't have manners.

   Was doing the shop with my son on the Sunday today and saw the store manager who was wearing a jumper angrily storming into the warehouse banging trolleys and aggressively swearing and yelling at his staff members. It was so loud the whole aisle could hear it. My daughter was applying for a job there guess I will tell her to withdraw her application if this is the way staff are treated!

   Always good on prices and there's so many things that the "big" supermarkets don't have! Staff are always friendly despite the daily idiots they have to deal with too... I'll always get certain items here because they're as good and significantly cheaper than the big name supermarkets!

   Ques are too long and staff are lazy. I asked about a product and found it to be somewhere else entirely. Disorganised shelves and bi self-serving kiosks unlike Aldi. I rather spend my money there.

   Cheaper than the 4 main supermarkets. Although recently I've noticed that the prices are going up rapidly... however it's still cheaper. The quality of the food is good.

   Again, it's the same with every Lidl I've been to. Same great products, same low prices, but never enough cashiers. There are 9 tills, but I've only seen a maximum of 4 being used at once. I genuinely wish I could give more, but this is really annoying, especially at rush hours.
