   We arrived at the Londis petrol station/shop at around 9:50 PM, planning to fill up with fuel and pick up some drinks and snacks. To our surprise, the doors were locked, even though it was still within the stated opening hours. There were two other customers waiting outside as well, unable to get in. What made the situation even worse was that the staff member was clearly inside, saw us all standing by the door, and completely ignored us. This level of customer service is unacceptable. If a business advertises specific opening times, customers should be able to rely on them. Locking the doors early and refusing service — especially while staff are inside ignoring customers — creates a very poor and unprofessional impression. This petrol station urgently needs to improve its reliability and customer care.

   Very bad experience. I put fuel in my car today paid for my fuel the person was on counter looked a bit worried I thought might be new person still learning and taking time to print the invoice when he gave me invoice he had refund me some money saying that it’s been minus from my account by accident how can this possible?if I had not asked for the invoice i would,ve never probably check my payment how much have they charged me . So be careful when buying something or paying for fuel form here .very disappointed Have a look at picture I posted with this review .
