Fantastic shop today. Very quiet, easy to get what I went in for. Plus a lot more. Wasn't offered a receipt though
The staff at the checkout area were unfriendly and unprofessional. I felt that I was treated differently compared to other customers, which came across as racially discriminatory. This experience was very disappointing and made me feel uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this matter seriously.
Today I was shopping at Aldi. After finishing my shopping, I went to the self-checkout and unfortunately, the ladies working behind me were laughing loudly, and I got the impression they were talking about me. I don't know English well but when I turned around everyone was looking at me. It's not the first time I live close by and I often go to Aldi. I'm forced to change stores because I don't feel well. I go there almost every day, and the ladies always ask for ID, even though they know me well. I don't know if it's because of my nationality, but it's annoying. Employees often stand over me while I'm checking out products, which is uncomfortable. I've never stolen anything. Yet, they stand over me.
This isn’t my local Aldi I Called in while passing just to grab a few bits, nice clean store the lady on the self serve checkouts was so friendly and made the effort to say hello and ask how my day had gone.
Dont mind shopping here, staff are always nice but there one bloke on the till thats a bit pushy, we did have our bags in the trolly but i was literally throwing my stuff in the bags, even if i didnt have the bags in the trolly i could not have put it in the trolly any quicker without just scraping it in and damaging your food’ it seems like he dosnt like you putting your bags in the trolly and putting it straight in, i understand that thats how they keep the prices down but there was no one behind us, and like i said even if i didnt have the bags i still couldnt have gone any quicker without just scraping it in , not happy

Well done Aldi for using Parkingeye to manage your car park...... where on earth do you think we can go parking there if not just in store there is nothing around to visit! On 19 November I brought my 84 year old father to get his monthly shop including extra items for Christmas, I also had my own shopping to do so 2 trolleys! I have today received a "Reminder" for a parking fine to which I have had no initial correspondence for parking 20 mins over the alloted time which will go from £40 to £70 if not paid by the 8th of Dec.....tomorrow! I am utterly disgusted and will appeal BUT WILL NEVER USE ALDI AGAIN.... I have several friends who are also disgusted and will be boycotting Aldi too. Roll on the opening of Lidl in Goldthorpe we WILL support you!
