Not ideal for Yodel pickup. Both times I've gone to collect my parcel the SAME DAY the item was delivered, their system is suspiciously not working. So they can be scanned in fine, but not to be collected?
Very rude. Trying calling since I’m not local to the area and the man was rude and declined to speak over the phone even though the phone number is provided on Google
