    On the whole the store is fine with a little of everything you need. I recommend doing a small shop with a hand basket as the check outs are mostly all self service tills with very little room around them. Nice store but too crowded at the end.

    I once left some shopping after paying for it and came back in and spoke to the supervisor/manager and they replaced it for me which was great. Today Ive gone into the store and Suzanne is by the self checkout and mentions about the Asda reward app saying some great benefits that will help save money, thank you

    The shop itself is alright, but the checkout is appalling, how you expect customers with a trolley full of goods to scan all there items and place them on a tiny scale is beyond me, I felt like I was playing jenga, the gentleman at the side of me was dropping his items as he couldn't fit them all on. It's alright for less than 10 items any more and your screw!!!!

    I have been in this particular shop a few times , everytime I have been in and waited to be served assistants have totally ignored me waiting at the checkout desk. They chatted to each and kept looking across at me. I finally shouted to them , is anyone going to serve me ? .I will not shop in Asda Parkgate again . Unprofessional, gossiping staff.
