How can they justify charging £18 for shoulder of lamb? Shoulder's hardly fit for human consumption and yet Morrisons package it with a jus and then claim it will serve four people - talk about ripping off their customers; an absolute disgrace! £40 for a beef Wellington? Behave! More reasons not to shop at Morrisons!!!

Generally, I have had no issue with this store. But this review is solely about the Christmas Food to Order. We arrive on time only to be met with a delay. We found out this delay was a result of them *having no food in anyone's order* and them CANCELLING Christmas orders whilst we're in the queue. We asked and apparently all the turkeys had gone "missing". So cages and cages of big birds have just mysteriously vanished overnight? Sounds unlikely. The situation reeked of managerial incompetence. How can you run a store and not know that 00s of turkeys are missing until people come and collect them? Bearing in mind, we had to argue for this information to provided to us because it was all kept secretive and quiet. We were left in the dark whilst one poor worker was running around the store collecting whatever scraps she could find. The manager, despite seeing them only moments prior doing obviously "important" work in supervising the removal of the Christmas shelves, pulled a Maddie McCann on us and "mysteriously" disappeared. So 2 days before Christmas, in the late evening, we are having to run around finding turkeys. Eventually we found a substantial selection at the white rose centre Sainsburys (a note to go there instead forevermore). I imagine these complaints, like all others who complained, will fall on deaf ears. But heed this warning: if you like ordering Click and Collect orders and not having them show up, you'll love it here.

Witnessed dangerous driving by a Morrisons van at 22:20 on 21/11/2025 reg number EF73HYT and tried to report to customer services, but they wouldn’t take the report unless I had a Morrisons account, so I reported it to the police non-emergency line instead. They could have dealt with it themselves, but no, the customer service line was too useless for that.

Apparently, at Morrisons Morley, plants are sold “pre-baked” now. Locked up in the heatwave with no water — most are on their last legs. Would cost pennies to water them, or nothing to give them away so people could save them. Instead, they’re just left to die behind bars. Great look, folks. Do better Morrisons!!!

Decent sized Morrisons they don't have market kitchen like they do at the Kirkstall branch however they still have a larger Morrisons Cafe. Good vegan/free from selection and plenty of spaces in the car park!

Had to collect a huge catering platter order. (150 people) Some of the gatuxe were not per the order. Quickly exchanged without any fuss. Thank you Morrisons staff. It was a big order freshly prepared and ready for collection

I'm with Neil Harrison. I went into store last Friday for a few bits, my eye sight is not good but soon as you walk in there's shelves with bakery items, one with fresh raspberry doughnuts, without my glasses on I picked a pack up, got home and only sugared, no raspberry so took them back into store and ended up with a snotty cow on cigarette counter demanding it wasn't morrisons fault but mine for picking them up, I tried my hardest to explain my eyesight is not very good and you have a big sign advertising raspberry doughnuts ONLY and there was sugar only doughnuts mixed in with them but apparently it was still all my fault for picking up the doughnuts that wasn't supposed to be there. Because of how she spoke to me, I feel I will never use that counter with her on it again, massive attitude problem.

Constantly finding products way past expiry date. Sometimes I just noticed it when I got home. Now having to turn around every product before buying it. Also some foods are unavailable sometimes for a while. Either it's part of brexit and supply chains or just poor stock management, probably both

Market Street and fruit and veg are always good quality. Everyday items, I think, are a little expensive compared to rival supermarkets. Their range of branded items isn’t the best either - I always come out of there without the items I can manage to find anywhere else. The security is an issue for me in this store. Gates and alarmed barriers everywhere. It comes across as a bit mistrusting of its customers, but maybe they do have a problem with shoplifting. I was miffed to be approached with purpose by a surly security guard after attempting to leave the store empty-handed after once again failing to find what I popped in there for. Once he realised he couldn’t nick me for theft, he informed me I couldn’t leave the store the way I came in and that I should exit through the checkout channels whether you buy anything or not. Fair enough, but I don’t experience this control in any other supermarket. For me, it’s not a pleasant place to shop and I’ll only go again if I need milk or something when passing.
