   Over 5 weeks or so bought frozen quorn sausage and every time had to query price as going through as nearly 3 quid for the bigger bag instead of the 1.74 advertised ticket. Disgraceful had to query 4 further times. Cashier said turned ticket so " hopefully" will be fixed by freezer staff! Hopefully isn't good enough. Also bought item and overcharged to tune of nearly 2 quid extra. Luckily noticed.. It would have required cashier to scan same item twice!!!?? Shopping becoming more like a battle! Consistent lift, escalator and parking lot problems. One has to wonder if building safe! Persistently bad experience! Shop elsewhere.

   Went in shopping today. Staff were friendly. Man with beard on clothing always looks busy and smiles. It’s refreshing. Could do with telling some others to do the same.

   Poor choice of products - I couldn’t get goat cheese and the choice of yoghurt was very disappointing. Trying to reduce plastic use, I take my own bags for loose produce - I weighed them and printed a label but it wouldn’t scan either with the hand scanner or at the checkout - I ended up going without it. The store is untidy. There is loud music playing and at the moment there is also the sound of pneumatic drills from the adjacent car park. A truly horrible experience!

   Really poor selection of many items, rubbish quality produce and very overpriced now too. There are never any staff to assist you at the self checkouts on the bottom floor, I've been stood there with an issue waiting for someone to come over for over ten minutes on several occasions. They also seem to change the layout of the store every few months which is completely nonsensical and inconvenient.

   Of all the Asda stores this one is fairly poor. Not helped by layout restrictions of store. I do not find the variety/stock here great and the baked in store goods quality is very variable with some products very much under baked.

   This Asda is at the end of and accessible through the corn bow centre There is also a multi storey carpark (free parking) available and you can gain access to the Asda from here. The Asda is not the largest and is situated over 2 floors. There are clothes and most of the usual food items you would expect from an Asda are available. There is an escalator connecting the two floors. Staff are helpful but not the best of Asda's stores This is due to the range of products sold and the continued high prices that no longer present a fair deal to shoppers. What happened to the following deals Buy one get one free 3 for 2 Now it's like 3 for ??? Hula Hoops at £2.20 what the hell is that about??? Shocking prices since it was taken over.

   Supermarket in town centre over 2 floors, serviced by multistory parking and easy access to bus station and surrounding town facilities. Includes pharmacy is well stocked and well laid out including a large clothing section.

   If you have to use Asda Halesowen, DO NOT lose your receipt, it will cost you lot's of your time for them to give you a piece of paper that you then need to send to head office for them to give you a new VAT receipt, that's if you have your bank statement and personal detail's. Went to store waited 45 minutes before they told me that they where unable to give me proof on that day even with my bank statement and details that I had with me, but needed to come back to store again another day. Now told that I will need to leave my details with them as it will take time to produce the piece of paper I need to send to HQ. NOT a very good after sale team, but will say floor staff are a lot more helpful and professional. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
