I have visited this place over about the last 35 years. They are brilliant for getting your Indian and Asian spices and ingredients from. They also do goat meat, lamb, and chicken. Just don't watcb them using the band saw. I have never seen any fingers being lost, but I am a doctor and I know how dangerous band saws are. I went there today and got some Jamacian fruit juices which I use diluted with water and ice. I knew that the juices were good for milk shakes. Then a young man (mid 20's told me that they were very good in mojitos and daquaries. I immediately saw his point. It was just a strange advice to be given by a chap in traditional dress. I loved interacting with him, and I now wish that I had asked for permission to hug him, because we (people from different areas) are more similar than we are different. I asked the lovely lady behind the till for an ingredient in english ( dried shrimp). I then asked her what her native language eas and it was Bangladeshi. I think she was then expecting abuse and problems. I used my phone to translate english to her language. She immediately got it. She lead me to the back of the store and told me which brand was best. I am very grateful for her and other peoples help. I love this shop. I have used it for years. If you behave and are polite, they are amazingly helpful. I expectthat ifyou shout and abuse this family, that you may well be thrown out of the shop into the street, as you totally deserve to be if you are disrespectful.....

I bought two chickens from Munir & Bros and asked the staff to cut them. But when I got home, I was very disappointed. Not only were the legs mismatched, but most of the meat was off — some parts looked discoloured, half smelled bad and half didn’t. The chickens were not edible at all, and I had to throw them away. Please take this matter seriously and improve the quality.

Munir & bros offers amazing customer service, with the butcher section standing out in particular. The staff there are not only hospitable but also incredibly engaging, making every visit a pleasure. Their warmth and friendliness add to the overall fantastic experience.

Great place to shop for halal meat and groceries. A great choice of fresh quality meats. A little pricey and they don't deliver which is a downfall in my opinion. Friendly and helpful staff. Also there are frozen burgers, halal of course from chicken and lamb to beef. A great place to shop for everyone and not just our muslim brother's and sister's. Give them a whirl. To save time you can pre order your meat and poultry so it is ready when you arrive. There are plenty of asian spices too. You can also buy frozen samosas from meat to veg. A good place to shop to be honest.

Good place for a to z asian products from halal meat to all sorts of asian products. You can literally get same brands products like Pakistan. Vegetables and fruits available as well. Frozen food, and all sorts of dairy items also available. A proper groceries store infect. Prices are little high compared to mega stores from Coventry road or statford road but locally not bad at all. I think its probably best asain store with complete variety in black heath/rowley regis area. Right apposite to UK Islamic Mission Center / Mosque / Umer Mosque Mashid. City center is about 10 min walk from this place

Good quality of meat, friendly staff and helpful butcher. The shop is a bit crammed due to the popularity of halal butchers which there are only two in the area. Vegetables and fruits are a bit lacking in the quality. There is a small industrial parking lot at the front which comes handy. Avoid peak times which are Friday between 12-2 when worshippers from next door mosque congregate and jam traffic; and work commuters from nearby station 4-6pm.
