   Was really excited about the addition of Jacket potatoes- ordered tuna jacket with salad and what arrived looked like it was punched.. the amount of tuna in there made me think none was added. Unfortunately no care and attention was given when assembling this disaster - such a shame as I’ve never had an issue in the past.

   I am a regular going inside and have never had any issues. However I ordered a delivery this evening from Uber eats and what I received was shocking. The Natchos had hardly any cheese or sauce on and no jalopenos. Completely dry and tasteless. Also the salad had hardly no sauce on. The cheese was missing and the guacamole that I paid extra for was also missing. Salad was also dry and tasteless. Very disappointing and I will not be returning here again

   I ate several times at this place. The staff is friendly and the food is good. One point that they need to improve on is staffing. Only one person prepares everything. Probably during lunch and dinner time they need add staff.

   Avoid completely. Below is what I left on subway customer support. Went in for breakfast ordered 12 inch mega melt young girl was working alone and quite flustered between deliveroo orders and serving customers. Long wait as she flitted between orders. When made my order image on screen shows egg on mega melt. When I pointed out there was no egg she did not understand so just gave up and accepted my order. When I sat down to eat it it was sausages were still frozen and sandwich cold in middle. I went back to till and complained left me for another customer she was unable to refund on to my card as did not know how. Then asked me for change so she could give me a cash refund. She apologised and said she was new. I asked to escalated to her manager as there is a complete lack of training here. And it is dangerous serving uncooked food. Please address this as a matter of urgency before some one gets ill. This is the worst example of customer service I have ever experienced. Really not happy at all.
