   Unfortunately, I went into this store today and bought two packages of onion rings and didn't get a receipt. When I came out of the store, I realized that I bought the wrong item. I immediately went into the store and told the salesperson that I bought this from you less than two minutes ago and I want to exchange it for the right item. But shamefully, a lady wearing a hijab came up to me and asked in a very rude tone if she had a receipt and I said no. In response, she said in a nervous tone that since you left the aisle and the item you wanted was out of the freezer, we can't exchange it. My question was what would have happened if I had a receipt and what excuse was this very rude lady looking for. I ask the management of this store to first teach this lady how to be polite and treat customers properly. This lady couldn't even answer my question about why there was no warning about frozen food and no refund for this product. I witnessed very rude and shameful behavior from a salesperson.

   Great place to shop free delivery I recommend to anyone Love the food prices as now and again you get discounts on food you buy usually priced normal then anoth week you half the price but have to look around to get the best bargains why not have a look as I've found may low priced foods at times

   Shop well managed, easy to find what you want and staff who served me was kind, nice shop situated in the centre. Easy access for wheelchairs and prams no steps, quite easy to get around the aisles too.

   I regularly shop here, they stock a few of my favourite foods and I find it easy to move around the store. Staff have been very helpful and I have always been treated with courtesy. I've never had any issues with them and long may it continue.

   Great selection of Slimming world meals 4 freezers in this iceland. Greggs have 2 freezers, TGI Fridays have a great selection, Chicago Pizzas have a freezer, there is a freezer for BBQ food, party food there are great deals on fizzy pop, monster cans and other great produce, there is a large selection of frozen cakes and icecream. Today the store was quiet and clean, the staff were helpful. They do deliver and have usually got a lot of slots on the same day. There are a lot of trollys in store and baskets. There is usually only two checkouts on. There fresh produce isn't the best I usually go somewhere else for my fruit and veg as they are usually bruised.
