   My experience was bad and was appalled and I condemned in strongest term the way I was treated . The staff there are racist. Please these staff needs to be overhauled . What really happened was I popped in there to get some eggs and sugar free biscuits but on getting to the biscuit aisle I couldn't find sugar free biscuits which most Asda stores sell. Then I approached one of the staff that I couldn't find any sugar free biscuits on the aisle and she was like they don't sell and I said to her that atleast U guys should put some on the aisle , the next thing she said to me was I am very rude and went to call their supervisor and the supervisor didn't ask what happened she just barked at me like a rabid dog to leave the store like am nothing , so I said to her that am one of ya customers u can't chase me out like that I was only telling u guys to add sugar free biscuits on the aisle as well and she went ahead and called the security to bundle me out . It's crazy have never experienced that in ma life before . I love Asda the way I love ma wife but for this asda in saltwell netherton they need to be overhauled and I believe they did that to me because am black .

   I go there every week to get my mum's shopping and it has been great. This week, I went there and bought two baskets of shopping. I walked up to a normal checkout that had a customer being served and asked the shop assistant if I could put my shopping on, as I'd got two baskets full, and I was told no by the shop assistant. She said I'd have to go through the self service tills. Have you ever tried putting two baskets of shopping through a self serve checkout? They aren't big enough for two baskets of shopping. Very unhelpful customer service, especially as the same shop assistant then stood by the self serve checkouts doing nothing. Hopefully this is a one off.

   ASDA where are your staff?, Went in about 10' clock this Saturday morning no security on door, one assistant on till, no one on tobacco and lottery counter 2 people including myself waiting to be served,assistant at to leave her customer on till to call for assistance, we could have walked out with anythink and no one would have known, it's not the first time this has happened, Monday to Friday great staff 5 star's to them

   It's more of a convenience store than a supermarket. You can get your essentials though and a few extras. A path would be good for walking from the car to the store instead of being in the cars way because they dont care and you end up walking along the muddy grass most the time
