   Absolutely fantastic service from a lovely lady on the tills today. (Forgot to get her name) She went above and beyond along with another colleague to inform me about items that wasn't out and sorted for them to be brought out to me. Nothing was too much trouble and was really friendly service from both! Thank you so much i have a very happy little girl

   This is the best Lidl around here by miles. Staff go out of their way to help you especially Stacey who has been efficient friendly and helpful since we started shopping here. She among the others is what makes us keep coming back. It's rare to find good customer service these days and the staff at merry hill have it in abundance. Prices are reasonable, good selection of products and always a friendly face and smile. If your stuck where to find something they always come to your assistance and never grumble.

   My kids and I always enjoy visiting this store to do our shopping as there is a great lady who works on the till called Stacey. She’s always cheerful, chatty, efficient with scanning the products and always pleasant to my children. So much so, wherever we go my kids judge other people’s customer service by comparing them to her! She’s a credit to your business and a breath of fresh air with regards to public relations in a world where good staff are hard to find. Keep up the good work Stacey, and see you again soon!

   I’ve been coming here for just over a year now. I’m always happy to be served by a lovely woman named Stacey who often is working when I’m shopping, she really makes my trip to this shop very worth while. Such a lovely woman and really brightened my day. She is always very efficient and never fails to make me laugh.

   Good shop with great prices, probably one of the cheapest places to get your weekly shop. They are pretty limited on staff though for the size of the shops. Usually only one till open with a big queue. I've noticed the tomatoes are often mouldy too which isn't great.

   I do like these guys but things are starting to become a bit worse. Shelves are not always full, some stuff they haven't had for ages. You can no longer get your whole shop from them.
