   My friend went to Job Lot (Barnsley Road, Sheffield) to buy pet food for animal rescue work. Unfortunately he has hurt his back and is in pain. He asked for help with moving the food to his car and was told they were too busy to help!!! He left without the purchases he needed. Thats just very poor customer service. It’s shocking that someone so obviously in pain was dismissed like this. Staff in this store would do well to remember where there salaries come from. I won’t be shopping here again.

   Woman was too busy talking to her work friend to actually listen to anything I was asking her, was rude, unprofessional and in the end just left my stuff and walked out! I think weight-watchers might need a new member…. Horrible woman

   Not always as cheap as the likes of Aldi and Lidl. We spent around 30 quid on this visit, and compared prices for what we bought here. On average, Job LOT has worked out "pennies" cheaper. Some things were more expensive and others were cheaper. Would I go here again? hell yes! They do items here that the others just don't do. Are they cheaper? Not always. Are they value? Probably. If you are near them, then yes, they are worth it. But if you need to travel... then shop closer to home as the pennies saved, you'll spend in fuel...

   Main entrance and exit is at the bottom of the hill. You can get in from the top but the side lane is more for deliveries. Larger than some Job Lot places. Parking is further down the hill so don't enter at the top. Loads of parking. Friendly staff and helpful staff. Shame the inside and car park looks a little dilapidated in areas.

   I went in today at Staveley didn’t spend a fortune but do go there often I bought 2 packs of mr kippings chocolate slices that was on offer at 50p a pack when I went to the till I was charged full price for the 99p a pack I mentioned this to the lady on the till she then took 99p off when I got to the car I looked at my receipt and she had charged me another £1 for cakes so I went back in but she insisted that I hadn’t been overcharged I know people will think this is petty but it’s the principle of and the fact I was wrong and not her so won’t be going there again

   Great little place full of bargains. Staff really helpful and friendly. Love a wander around here. Lots of products which do change regularly so you never quite know what you will find. Great for painting products too and pet stuff. Use this at least once a month.
