   Placed an order 31st paid for delivery slot, make sure all food is freshly for new years Dinner ,time slot cane and went, tried ringing store for over an hour, no one answered the phone, contacted the customer service to find out, the order date has changed to the 4th Jan and there sorry for any inconvenience, we shall have beans in toast then for new tears dinner shall we. Cancel the order then , we will do that and send the refund, ok when will I get that , 5 working days, absolute joke, as soon as the order date was changed surely the customer should have been informed, giving them chance to go else where and answer the flipping phones , rude

   Placed my online order for delivery 10-12 on 23rd Dec. Arrived at 12 but only had my frozen and fresh order. I was told that my grocery order was on another van and would be with me within half an hour.I waited in all day but no delivery arrived . I tried numerous times to call the store but it kept ringing out. I eventually rang the actual delivery driver who very rudely told me that my delivery would be with me that day. Christmas eve Arrived and I still couldn't contact the store. I rang customer services and miraculously they managed to contact the store and speak to a manager. I was told a .manager would telephone me to rearrange delivery of my groceries. Its now 5.45pm on Xmas eve and they still haven't turned up. Im virtually housebound and seriously ill. Thanks Iceland for ruining what could be my last Christmas. I guarantee i won't be shopping with you again!!

   This was part of a delivery order on 17 May from Sheffield Food Warehouse As you can see the raspberries had seen better days with only 1 day left on the best before date I telephoned to complain the phone was answered “Kerry speaking” I said sorry who have I come through too. She said “don’t speak to me like that, it’s Iceland. I said which one she said “I don’t have to tell you that” I explained there was mould growing on the raspberries and only I day left She insisted on sending out another packet instead of just refunding The delivery driver arrived with a replacement which had the same best before date they weren’t much better I just gave up and vowed never to buy from Iceland again terrible staff and poor fresh food

   This morning I popped into this very convenient supermarket always can be relied upon to have some bargains very good prices in there have a good scout up and down the ayles and have a good look round for offers if your over 60 every Tuesday there is ten percent off all prices just have to have their loyalty card situated in heely retail park well worth a wonder round

   Went in here for some ice-creams. Picked up 2 boxes which stated they were on offer, which everything is, 2 for £6 or £4.25 each. When I got to the checkout, the cashier said that the price was £8.50. I said that they were on offer. When he checked, they had been put in the wrong section and it wasn't the 6 pack it was the 4 pack that was on offer. I found their store very confusing as there seemed to be things all over the place and the offer's were not clear at all. Also, it's not cheap, you aren't getting a bargain here, things are very overpriced. I won't be going back here as I think they try and confuse customers on purpose.
