   I went to this store in hoping to find PRIME Hydration unfortunately they do have it in the little Asda stores only the big stores the Asda employee told me great information to have so I don't have to waste my time going to aload of little Asdas for the same disappointment luckily

   My car was vandalised in this carpark whilst I was in the store for 15 minutes. Staff were very polite when I reported this and told me they would review the CCTV and contact me. They never contacted me, so I had to go into the store and chase this up myself. They told me the CCTV didn't reach to this part of the carpark, despite the fact I was parked directly outside the store entrance. Unfortunately I would not risk leaving my car in this carpark now that I know the CCTV is inadequate, which is a shame as this is my local supermarket.

   Asda Queens rd is a very convenient store for locals but only for small shoppings and quick grabs, most of the tills are now self service so not easy for weekly groceries as self serving tills are small.

Staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Month ago I lost my wallet near the Asda Asda car park and your team was very kind to find it for me. I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Julian for the excellent customer service he provided to myself and other customers. He is always working with a happy face and is kind to look after the customers.
