The woman on the tills with dark hair needs to be taught some customer service skills. She constantly scowls and just blanks you whenever she has to do anything. Other than that, this store is hit and miss. It's usually well stocked and clean, but some of the prices are obscene. £2.50 for a small can of vegetable soup or rice pudding? Outrageous.
The staff at this store are outstanding in their care and patience, I waited to collect a delivery and witnessed 2 lovely male staff members helping elderly customers to self checkout with so much empathy and kindness it surprised me and unusual to see these days. I also struggled with online issues and was helped with friendliness and understanding. Such a rare and welcome in store dynamic, well done and thank you x
Ridiculous. You want to take orders online but have 1 person doing the orders . Drivers have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for orders. Hire more staff please
Pretty shit tbh , expected a supermarket and found my corner shop offers more than here does, not even got what I wanted so very crap wasted journey, all these so called supermarkets are about much use as starmers new digital ID

Great local place to shop. Has a lot of useful items and can be used for a weekly shop. Very very friendly and helpful staff. Great place to collect deliveries from other companies too but also anything you want from George like urgent school uniform! It's always delivered quickly and usually quicker than originally stated online.
Amazing staff really helpful and go over and beyond to help you Gareth was amazing today when I lost my purse and couldn't pay he was calm and sorted my shopping out for me until I could pay. I cannot praise him enough he was brilliant. Thank you to him and all the staff and wish you all a very merry Christmas and a very happy new year.
Small local supermarket in the heart of Woodseats with all the basics you need, food, drink, some medicines and household things. Has a car park, with zebra crossing to reach the shop. But drivers still wait for people on the double yellow lines, making it dangerous to cross at the zebra crossing.
Charged for an order I never received! Made an order through uber eats. Their incompetent driver went to the wrong address because he was following his satnav and didn't bother to actually look at street names. He went to a block 500 meters away from my house. I messaged him through the app 10 times telling him he was at the wrong block, the app showed that he had read the messages but it seams he struggles as much with text messages as he does with road signs because he didn't reply, marked the order as delivered and charged my card for an order I never got, I left the driver a voice-mail and he ignored it, rang asda Woodseats 5 times, they never answered, 2 week later still no reply and no refund. Thieving c*nts
Most benefit is it being local to our home. Its a very small store but offers basics. Parking very awkward access and small manoeuvrable parking space. Risking scraped or dented bodywork. Tired interior but well used store with regular popular lines. Not wide range of stock lines though.
