I began therapy in September to support myself though a particularly difficult few months. I can honestly say the entire experience has been extremely positive. From the start, booking appointments and making payments was simple, smooth, and stress-free, which made engaging in therapy feel easy and accessible. Danielle was an absolutely perfect fit for me. She created a space where I always felt comfortable leading the sessions at my own pace, while gently and skillfully probing my thoughts when it was helpful. Her questions were never intrusive, but instead thoughtful and well-measured, often helping me see things from a new perspective. I’m incredibly pleased with the progress I’ve made through therapy and feel much more confident and grounded in myself because of it. I’m very grateful for the support and guidance I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Danielle to anyone considering therapy. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Having tried a variety of therapists & different therapeutic approaches for my child, I booked Stu following a recommendation from a friend. This has been the first therapist that my child has made a real connection with and therefore that has made a positive impact. Stu is able to relate to teens in a non-patronising way and quickly built trust. We have had several months of therapy now and my child still positively enquires 'what time am I going to Stu this week?'. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Stu is absolutely brilliant to work with and I couldn’t recommend him enough. He creates such a comfortable, supportive space, which makes it so much easier to open up and talk about difficult things. I always leave our sessions feeling heard, understood, and lighter.

I have been working with Melissa for a year now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. She is professional, approachable, and had done so much to help me understand who I am and to exorcise my demons. She and Stu have been so accommodating in making sure I can have sessions when I need them. I continue to see Melissa so that I keep on top of my mental health and I get something new out of the sessions every time. I love that it’s person-centred so I choose what we discuss and I’m lucky in that I feel comfortable enough with Melissa to talk about pretty much everything.

I have been seeing Stu now for a while after recommendation by my girlfriend. He’s very easy to talk to and makes you feel really welcome. He picks up on areas where you don’t even know you need to talk about and has helped me develop coping strategies where I haven’t been able to before. I highly recommended anyone considering therapy to book in with Stu
