   Shame your staff aren't trained in all processes. Seems some staff don't know how to use an e top up card some do. However as the staff member was not able to use my mum's etop up and just gave me a receipt. My mum misplaced it and effectively lost £15 all because Asda don't train their staff in services they offer. The assistant manager Marie also had no idea so might be worth while ensuring your managers are trained which will then ensure your staff are trained in the job their paid to do. Also Marie saw me in a cue of a kiosk that was shut and didn't think to let me know till it was my time to be served. Really poor customer service. Shame really some lovely staff in this store let down by a select few.

   Parking was easy, hot chicken to eat straight away was in the wrong place, so I had to go though them all to find the one I wanted (not ideal when they're so hot). No queue at the till.

   Absolutely disgusting behaviour from a lady named Lynn, spoke to me like absolute dirt, called me “foul” and “disgusting” and pointing her finger in my face because I made a comment of the disgusting way they was speaking to customers and their patronising, unprofessional and point blank rude behaviour, Lynn laughed in my face with other the staff and made me feel so humiliated, as a regular customer, I am appalled, I have phoned this into Asda customer service and they said they will deal with it internally but everyone please be aware of LYNN, she should not be working with customers face to face if this is her standard.

   Went in last week. Approached the checkout with my basket full only to be told "trolleys only, use self serve". I'm sorry, but I don't work there so why should I have to check myself out? And there were no trolleys waiting! Been in again today for salad & the young lad was reducing the old stock. I politely asked if he was reducing some bags of salad and he grunted "yeah when I get round to them" he was stood right beside them to do next so I said I would wait cos they were only for my rabbits. He then proceeded to bypass them & went to reduce sandwiches instead so I walked round the shop then came back. He just finished & was about to walk back up but saw me stood waiting so diverted & went to reduce bread instead. Ignorant little squirt..... no bother, I'll go to aldi instead. Terrible customer service.

   After a very nasty experience at this store I will not be shopping here again. I had a very large shopping basket full of my shopping and started emptying it at the till which was open when i was emptying my basket. I was told they only accept trolleys by the lady on till and a rude man standing at the bottom of the aisle. So I went and got a shopping trolley and emptied my basket into it and proceeded back to till. The lady on till closed it and refused to serve me. I like quite a few customers do not like using self checkouts and even though I had a trolley now they wanted me to use the self checkout and refused to open the till. There is no signs on the tills saying trolleys only. Th

   If I could give Zero I would, lived Worsbrough all my life visited shop before many times. Today my experience was disgusting. Come shopping with my mum with a basket, go to server check out only to be told we need a trolley to use server check out there is no signage. My mum is uncomfortable using self check out so she went out and got a trolley only to return and have them to have shut all the tills, all staff around including Mark and a young woman refused to serve us and simply insisted we proceed to selfcheck out I explained my mother wanting independence and comfort and they did not care at all, arrogant staff in an empty store being paid to treat there customers like sheep and talk to them like they are children. I left upset words were said and I will not return

   Used for uber did not make aware that part of the order was missing or I could cancel as the ingerdiant was the main part of a meal paid deliver fee for nothing and had to walk to a suppliers in the rain that did have the ingrediant... If a part order is sent it should be advised to the paying customer before attempting a delivery.

   Went in this store today at 8.00 am. Got small basket of groceries and told only fags and lottery before 9 at cash desk. My partner politely asked an assistant to restock the items as she struggles with electronic tills and received a sarcastic comment. Suggest you improve your staff or alter your advertised opening times. .
