   Absolutely disgusted with this shop, extremely rude and unhelpful. I had to return an item to Amazon who told me all I had to do was bring the item to this Hermes parcelshop and present the QR code to them, they will be the ones who will box the item for me. I took my item to this shop and the man behind the counter said they did not have any packaging supplies and they did not have a printer.

   Good use of masks and gloves, and has a protective screen at the till. The only downside is that there is not a lot of room to get around the shop which can make social distancing a bit difficult. Overall good shop
