A well laid out and clean store with friendly staff makes all the difference. Great bargains to be had amongst the average price of goods.
Just a normal heron foods tbh! Staff were lovely great selection of bargains and easy to get to on foot or by public transport. I will definitely be going there again for my shopping
My dad and I have just visited your shop today on Margetson and I felt compelled to complain about a particular member of staff, I had a brief word with another assistant and his words to me were "oh he's always like that".....Really? I'm surprised he still works there if that's the case. He was extremely rude and his attitude was terrible. I appreciate he was a bit busy but if that was an example of how he speaks to customers then don't be surprised if you lose them. There was absolutely no need to speak to us like he did. I come from a retail background and have never been so rude to a customer. I suggest he takes a 'Customer Care' training course. I don't often shop here, but I won't be returning.

For a small shop its got a good range ! No majorly bad issues, parking outside is a little tight tho

Busy shop well stocked could be quicker serving .1 till open often only.
Staff are very rude and ignorant. Asked for a cashier to open a till as there was a queue. Met with dirty looks and told this is not aldi ! Staff too busy stocking shelfs that serving their customers! Never again I will go else where lol
Decent shop, normally beats prices of bigger supermarkets, cannot be counted on to constantly stock the same items though, usually missing labels in store, and the vegetarian freezer is a joke - frozen vegetables shouldn't be in there - vegetarian meals should be.
