   GOOGLE MAPS SENDS YOU TO THE BACK DOOR!!! This shop is on the ground floor of a weirdly-shaped block of flats. The Maps directions send you to the back door, which is shuttered up and inaccessible. To get to the front door you have to walk AROUND the huge building along the road. Shop itself is great. Well-stocked, polite and helpful staff, cash machine.

   Says it opens at 8am it doesn't. And when they do show up they make a big issue about you asking why they didn't open on time. They close down half the shop 30 mins before the store closes. One guy has the worst attitude ever. Charged me for £20 for electric when i asked for £10 and when I argued that I couldn't afford it the guy told me it was a language barrier so I had to pay. I ended up leaving my electric key in the shop.

   Doesn't open on time one of the male staff is rude was funny when I brought some grapes back that was rotten milks sour shelfs don't get checked things are always out of date

   Nice and friendly staff. Dropped virgin media equipment. I was advised for any DHL services they no longer accept any collection according to the shop keeper. Always check before attending the shop.

   I agree that there's not much choice for vegetarians, which is quite a bummer for my fiancé and I, but the fact that it's so easy to get to from inside Castle Court, where she lives, makes up for a lot of that lack. Besides they do have plenty of bread, various pop, and a good choice of munchies. Their cash point costs about £1.25 to use but they do £50 Cashback from the till for free.

   Staff are usually friendly and helpful. Decent price on most things,some bargains, good selection of food and some products. Pretty much everything you need from your local. I would suggest slightly more vegi options in the freezers. All round good shop. Thankyou.

   as the address suggests, this is very much the mini-supermarket for the staff and students at the eltc. nothing special to be honest, shelves tend to be empty on a surprisingly regular basis and the coffee machine seems to have been designed to actively repulse customers it's so complicated. Staff are really nice though.
