I have been their regular customer but unfortunately they do not pay enough attention to the freshness of their products. Gingers, Brazilian nuts and even their bread has been moldy! and the mold was appear on them! I do not know why? May be the temperature is high or it is damp but it is an awful experience that you find mold and bad smell from what you buy in a supermarket, for several times.

The colleague at the till, I think her name was Gemma, was really helpful and provided me with great kiosk experience. She was very friendly and patient

Staff are rude, often found stood around; visited today one was sat on a chair in corner of store. Stephanie can be extremely rude towards customers; I will often not go to till if she is on them, will grab anything I need from Sainsburys

Lovely shop, go there frequently. Everyone is nice apart from this one guy. Slightly old, always wearing a face mask. This guy will suck the joy out of your day, he is low key depressed. If negativity was a person it would definitely be scared of this guy.

Given the size, its a very well stocked store, no bad experiences here and the staff are particularly friendly

Totally inadequate checkouts. Rude and condescending staff. No point in having a medium sized shop and only space to fill one bag up at 90% of the checkouts. Staff need urgent customer service training. Awful experience. P.s. Morrisons marketing: Please don't bother responding with the standard 'we're always looking to improve our service here's a feedback form' reply. Take a look at how many other reviews say pretty much the same thing, and do something about it. Thank you.

Reasonable medium/neighbourhood size supermarket, very friendly staff, good prices on most things. Aisles are quite narrow, and can get busy with lots of schoolchildren at lunchtimes. Often a queue, but you don't have to wait long, there are plenty of tills and good 'marshalling' by staff to ensure swift throughput!

Has everything you need, including Amazon hub lockers, ATM and a food bank donation point. Also has a decent kitchenware section, and has a good selection of international, vegetarian and gluten-free foods. The in-store bakery is also good.

I found the staff in this store to be extremely rude and miserable, like pretty much all of them. The staff never seem to smile and always grumble and moan. Self service checkouts never seem to work, the staff donβt even seem to know what they are doing half the time. The security they have are worse than the staff themselves, if you dare to look different from what society deems the norm expect to be followed from isle to isle by security, be grabbed, threatened and blocked off not being able to move around as they intimate you. They even laugh while doing it! Watch out for βRexβ Pop round to Sainsburyβs next door the staff and security there are kind and respectful and tend to know how to treat others well. * ATMβοΈ * Toilet β * Cafe β * Petrol β * Wheelchair Accessible βοΈ
