Nightmare for disabled people. Toilet always locked but not in use. Can’t use a radar key as this doesn’t fit. Sign says on the door ‘Not all disabilities are visible’ but no explanation on the door if it’s out of order or if you have to get a member of staff. Makes being disabled been such an inconvenience and shopping trips overwhelming. Hounded by charities & eye testing when leaving but clearly see you have a disability and a disability lanyard.

Called St Morrisons for a pasta salad to find you had stopped the big family salad we used to buy, now replaced with a plastic carton that only holds four spoonfuls if your lucky! Also called at the cafe for a sandwich and drink, lots of drinks and old meals not collected on the tables, a old man was fetching meals out but not taking old trays back into the kitchen. Saw him trying to clean the floor but was just pushing old food under tables, you don't clean chairs with a mop I'm afraid, not very clean at all, the person cleaning the tables just wiped the table no spray used. Won't be going there again.

This morrisons has a bit of everything!! I have come here since being young... It's got a massive upper and lower carpark, random shops inside it from barbers to opticians, garden stuff and allsorts! It has a cafe, fish counter, deli, instore bakery and multiple items for everything you could possibly need from household or grocery and always seems well stocked. The staff seem alright and you normally get security following you around like you are gunna nick something but they are just doing their job but sometimes can make you feel like your not trusted! Something for every occasion and if you like sweet treats and cakes etc like myself, then this is the place to be! Good variation of products reasonably priced inside an old castle.

Just pricing itself out of the market now. Ridiculous increasing weekly. The management seem to think making more money is to raise prices consistently, all this does is drive your customer base to the competition. Once this was my go to supermarket, not anymore. Plenty of alternatives are available now .

I don't think I've ever given such a low rating before. The gents toilets were disgusting and the toilet roll despenser was on the floor smashed to bits. We went for a chicken and you could only get once size of small. We ended up going to Asda at Handsworth as we know they have multiple sizes of chicken. Unfortunately I doubt we will ever go back to this Morrison's, even if it is convenient.

PLANTS - FLOWERS - TREES Now then, a supermarket may not be the first place you think of for any of the above but don't miss this trick. Morrison's is a good supermarket for the usual things but as a place to buy plants and flowers on a budget it is unbeatable. The truth is it is difficult for a supermarket to really look after live plants and we all know cut flowers have a short shelf life. This results in fantastic discounts. Look out for plants that are on their 'last legs', 10p, 20p 3 for £1 etc. Surprise, surprise, plant them and let nature and nurture do the rest. Nearly all the plants recover, grow and look fantastic in a short while. Exotics, trees, statement plants are all there for the taking if you keep popping in. Make your neighbours envious of your planting for a fraction of the usual costs. If you want cut flowers search through the discounted buckets first. Keep an eye for the heavily discounted bunches. Any house looks good with vases full of fresh flowers and even when sold on the sell buy dates the bouquets will still last ages. The staff on the plant section are always willing to help with advice. Even when you are spending relatively little there's no judgment and you will receive as much help as the next customer. For the bigger statement plants you may need to hold your nerve but usually one or two of each plant will end up half price; if not, there's always next year.

Huge store with a big range of produce and goods. Only downside was the staff weren't very helpful. I asked three members of staff where I could find Sundried tomatoes, either they couldn't be bothered to tell me or they didn't have a clue where they were.

Very poor standards in cafe, had a large breakfast and there was a massive piece of shell under egg, also chips and scampi, the cooking oil must have been old because chips were covered in black bits, asked for ketchup and some salt to be told there's 2 bottles out on tables somewhere and I will have to and find it if I wants some. Table at side of us was full of plates and rubbish from when we sat down till when we left. Staff seemed more interested in chatting instead of doing there job. It was very quiet when we visited but found it quite dirty in places.
