    Update - went back yesterday to try and the coffee was good again the ladies are very good have to say! Will try another couple times and then update Accordingly Previous review — Almost 5 a drink and sadly somethings going wrong with the cleanliness My drink has had a wierd after taste not consistent to my order almost like a nut flavour or something It’s very of putting and have actually thrown the drink away

    ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 Stopped by Costa Coffee and had such a smooth, enjoyable visit! The moment I walked in, the place felt warm and welcoming. The baristas were cheerful, quick, and genuinely attentive — you can tell they enjoy what they do. My drink was made perfectly: rich, hot, and exactly the way I ordered it. The pastries were fresh, and the whole shop had a clean, relaxed vibe that made it really easy to sit down and unwind for a bit. Plenty of seating, calm atmosphere… just a great spot to take a breather. If you’re after a reliably good coffee stop with friendly service, this Costa absolutely hits the mark. I’ll definitely be coming back!

    I regularly visit the Costa Drive-Thru on Perivale, and I have to say, the service in the evening shift is always top-notch, thanks to two standout team members, Ahmed and Mohammed. Ahmed, in particular, is an absolute gem. He’s got a fantastic energy, always friendly, and his communication with customers is spot on. It’s clear he takes pride in making each visit feel special, and his positive attitude really stands out. It’s such a pleasure to interact with him! I’ve noticed the mornings can be a bit different, with the staff not quite as upbeat or welcoming. I’d love to see more staff like Ahmed who bring that same warmth and professionalism to the day shift. People like him are a huge asset to Costa and make the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, especially in the evenings when Ahmed’s around!

    I actually cannot believe it! I have had the same order for 5 years which is an americano with oat milk with vanilla syrup. I was disgusted at the first sip the first time in my life. I gagged so much that I couldn’t drink it. The drink was split into two colours and the taste was so toxic. The que was 20 minutes long- there was no taste of syrup and the general taste was so toxic and rotten; I almost thought it was bin juice. Please can someone assist me in compensation as it has ruined and surprised my entire day. This is appalling.

    I am a regular customer that visits this particular Costa. To be honest the place is absolutely amazing with great staff in place working together to deliver the best customer service. The food is not too bad but certain times the hot drinks don’t meet your expectations. Despite that the location is ideal for daily commuters and instore is rather cosy. There is just one issue that needs to be addressed. Nearly all the tables in this particular Costa are not stable. This could get rather catastrophic, especially for those ordering hot beverages as it can easily fall on you. This can be health and safety issues that need to be addressed by Costa as soon as possible.

    Location, staff and ambiance is nice enough. 1 start as they totally fail to inform you of a fine if you stay over 90 minutes with a car (I was there for 110 minutes). There is so much space for a clear sign outside and Costa and KFC are literally the only places to be. I contacted Costa and they totally shift responsibility to the parking site owner. Total joke. Shop owners should take some basic responsibilities to their customers. £100 fine for a place to have coffee unreasonable too.

    Just ordered a Toblerone hot chocolate at the drive through and it was like water. No chocolate taste not even milk. The drive through has been awful everytime I've come here and I won't be visiting anymore. Save your money and go to a different coffee shop.

    Great coffee shop. Paid parking nearby, free parking a bit further away Staff are well trained and polite. Open early (0600) till late in evenings; 2130. recommended.
