Went in yesterday and the staff on the self checkout was so rude. I was trying to explain my issue to a woman because the till hadn't taken a discount off although my neurological conditions were making it difficult for me to explain effectively and she just walked away from me whilst I was speaking. I then spoke too another member of staff who made me wait 5-10 minutes whilst she spoke to other people before fixing my issue. I don't know what their problem with me was but you shouldn't be working in a public setting if you can't keep your bad moods to yourself and act professionally. I couldn't believe it! Will avoid shopping here in future.

My husband and I called in the cafe today at lunch time. There was only two members of staff working. One on the shop floor one in the kitchen. Every table was full of pots, there was no cups apart from cardboard one to be used. The lovely lady serving was so apologetic, stating that she they were short staffed and sorry for the delay in been served , no where to sit at clean tables. No cups . The third member of staff had gone on a hour lunch break. I helped her clean half a dozen tables , filled the serviettes up. When the third member of staff came back she went into the kitchen. The lovely lady who was literally ran off her feet , came to me and apologised again and asked me not to help her as she'd been told off stating of insurance issues. This is the second time in the last few weeks we have called at this time of day. So short staffed it's ridiculous. When we received our good it was lovely. So no complaints on that issue. Please Morrisons, pay a member of staff to cover the staff members who must take three lunch at this time of day .

Had a very pleasant experience today both me and my mum have mobility difficulties mine is spine surgery needed. Both had scooters and shopped so much easier when we came to taking them back and then having to carry our shopping the very nice guy who keeps us in trolleys appeared and took all my mums shopping and then came back for mine, such a pleasant guy chatty and whitty and just a pleasure to be served by him. He is truly a credit to Morrisons 5 stars form both of us thank you so much xx

Good fresh produce. I find it a little bit pricey compared to other supermarkets. The salad bar is not always well stocked and not because they have run out! We like the cafe.

It is a good place to get your shopping done and sometimes they don’t have things in stock

This Bentley store is a massive joke and an annoyance from the traffic outside that can never drive to the staff and prices in store. As you enter, your glared at by security which is creepy. You get to the first few isle's of fruit n veg and are put off by horrendous prices. Some staff admit that the wrong items that are advertised a certain cheaper price aren’t actually on offer. All that left over food! You go past the meat or bread counter and no one helps. Staff stand around idol and unhelpful. Each common item even let’s say Skyr yoghurt high protein is fifty six percent more expensive than elsewhere. Whatever the item deli meat, fruit, chicken your just washing your money. The packed meat is awful value. The store is poorly organised then the fun starts. You get to self service or any service and there’s one fifty something woman who has to split herself in three to get around and her customer service skills are woeful. These staff probably do have people skills but rather not use them. A laughing stock of a place. You feel robbed at the checkout and you may as well take your money somewhere else.

Use this place regularly and am happy to use self-checkout, it's a pity they expect 1 staff member to handle so many if them. Need another staff member at busy times. There has also been a problem finding trolleys just lately. Often have to go yo the far sides of carpark to find a full bay, yet none close by even when then shop isn't busy.

cafe review September 2021 They had a special offer of half price small and large breakfasts this month so I had to try both out. Both were very good value for money and tasty. Friendly service. Supermarket review I came here because I heard that they had a lot of new craft beers from 7th September. I wasn't disappointed :-) Large range of good craft beers, enough to keep me happy. There's free wifi. I was even advised to used the self checkout out by one of the workers so i didn't have to queue, thanks ;-) I'll be back
