I dont often write reviews but I just wanted to shout out Robin at Morrisons Gainsborough. He has served me a few times on the tills and he is so sweet and friendly. He ensures all reduced items are scanned properly, always asks if I've checked my eggs and is super efficient. Top guy and an asset to Morrisons.
Friendly staff, pigeons flying around the store too which is great for the kiddies. Thoroughly recommend although we’ve not sussed out what the random smell is in the store, could be a dead pigeon or sewerage. Not sure.
Staff behind the fresh pizza counter was so rude I won't be shopping here much again unless I'm really desperate. Today this shop just completely drained the life out of me
Bought a large box of PG Tips on offer about 7-10 days ago. Opened them today to decide the bags and had to do it very gently, one at a time. They just kept splitting so wasted quite a number. Have bought them from Aldi and B&M before and never had this issue. Didn’t keep the receipt otherwise would return. Can’t find an email address to make a complaint.
Called into the cafe ,today ! Oh dear ,is all I can say . What has happend ! Lack of staff !! Two employees to cover cooking and serving , food not the quality it used to be (no fault on the kitchen staff). So very disappointed. The cutlery was sticky ,some not clean. had to ask for certain items . Sausages over cooked and plastic ,chips dry . But funnily enough , the meals were just warm .Not a visit to be repeated ! Obviously Morrisons quality has dropped ,Shame . .. I remember when the cafes were great ,Certain stores had customers queuing to eat there and the staff wore smiles as well as part of their uniform .Wake up please.
Good customer service, especially Scott, on the self-service tills.
Amazing shopping they dont carry as much stock as other stores but they have everything you need we worth the trip
Nice big store and plenty of room to move around layout of products good and also loads of parking very good
Not a bad place, plenty of choice. Café still need a bit of a shake up in that it doesn't seem to flow. Parking good.
Ridiculous security personnel, questioned me about whether I had a receipt for a bunch of flowers I was leaving the store with? Which I was quite clearly holding along with other items I had bought. Totally unacceptable.
