   Don’t write many reviews. But this evening was terrible. Self checkout. One gentleman working. No other staff to be seen anywhere. Needed help, took FAR too long to get to me. Had to start a 2nd shop, had done it almost and then, needed help…again. So two shops open, still no help. TEN Minutes later!! He passed me to help a different lady. Eventually a manager came to help. Was really bad. You….need…..more…..staff (and remember who is next needing help) 11th Nov. 8.25pm. You’ll see me, looking depressed and annoyed.

   Came to Harrogate store today with elderly mum in wheelchair ,we were horrified to read prices on certain foods, if you have a nectar card get this item harf price, if you don't have one you pay double, no wonder there are food banks everywhere, I now feel that supermarkets hold you to ransom now,if you don't have our loyalty card then you pay double, everyone should have human rights to put food on their tables, also the disabled toilet seat was broken, an accident waiting to happen

   Over the last year we can no longer count how many times we have bought fruit, vegetables, fish, meat and beer having to throw it away as it is no longer fresh. Buyers be warned. We are keeping a record for trading standards.

   Went here to buy some supplies for our holiday, Actual shop is fine but we bought a pack of fresh burgers, and soft white baps, The burgers we're tasteless , and as for the rolls they literally fell apart when I tried to cut them , Can honestly say that these rolls were the worst I have ever had. And they literally were days in date. So definitely not out of date. What honestly has happened to Sainsbury's quality.

   Large selection of products, decent price, phone self-scan option, and patrons actually seem pleasant and aware of their surroundings (unlike many other Grocers around Harrogate.)

   Ok cafe and a great clothes section. Well outside of town and served by an infrequent bus that always seems to be late so only really accessible by car. Has an Argos on site.

   Huge shop, excellent choice and huge range to shop. Great clothes and many sales bargains. Fuel very reasonably priced, plenty of parking. Easily accessed.

   Very poor aftercare, requested for several call backs no response had to return to my local sainsbury to resolve the matter in Bradford. Just to summarise this is by far the worst shopping experience. Very disappointing altogether and heartbreaking.

   Called for fuel but it was more expensive than Asda. As for the supermarket I find it odd that they have a card that you can use to get items for less money, given the majority of sensible shoppers will have a card doesn't it seem as if they're overcharging people without a card?
