As Lidl stores go it’s a good size, again bakery is amazing but was pretty bare when we landed however that was probably due to our timing rather than stores fault. Great selection of products that were well stocked, and for a Saturday afternoon when clearly busy is a great sign! Well worth a visit
Always a nice team in there doing their best for you. Afew self service tills would help for those with just afew items.
I've just done a shop at Lidl, for the first time. The store was very clean and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. As for cost and quality, both were excellent. Now down to the serious bit. I'm disabled and the only way I can do a full shop is on my mobility scooter, I have to pick straight into my bags. So I did have the security guard keeping a close eye on me, and I don't blame them at all for that. Then I get to the till and the only way that I can manage is to put the bags on the conveyor and hope that the cashier doesn't mind emptying them and filling them back up again. The security guard saw me struggling and came to help. As the cashier rang my items through the security guard helped me pack them. All I can say is bravo. Excellent service, excellent all round. They will definitely have my custom in future. 10/10 in every department.
Typical Lidl store. Decent car park. Usual range of Lidle products. Which I personally think are good value for money if your not after the brand names can pick up very similar items for a cheaper price. Fresh bread cooked there is very good. Update from roughly a year ago. Went early morning on saturday 28.09. Typical good products and choose. Clean busy busy store. The gentleman on the till this morning was excellent. Fantastic customer service.
Nice stock up shop great prices . However they need to slow down on the till it's very irritating how they will throw your shopping at you . It's too fast also open your mouth and say Hello to the customer . I think I take my money to Aldi next .
More often than not, they have what you need. Always good too when you're trying to save money. It's just as good as any other place. Plenty of free parking and usually isn't packed when we go.
Absolutely appalled at the customer service. My friend came in today and she is very upset and distressed at how she was spoken to by the staff serving at checkout earlier this afternoon, she didn't catch her name but she had dark short hair working at around 3pm. Hearing this I will not be shopping here anymore as this is discusting behaviour. And she never apologised. Very upset.
Staff are always fantastic here however the stock lately has been a nightmare.. many shelves empty and very hard to get what you want. The shop has been quite bare so unfortunately we have had to shop else where which is not good for Lidl shoppers. I understand this is due to warehouse issues but this needs sorting as been going on for months now. Also issues with gone off vegetables in some of the display trays and issues with salad bowls that are sealed and once open they are off and slimy and un edible so I have been put off buying from this store re some regular items I used to buy.
It looks like an old one which has been revamped. Usual Lidl, you know what you're going to get. It's clean, quick. Staff member was polite and chatty. Will return.
