Whoever is running the Whoosh service at Tesco Express in Hatfield needs a pay rise! Always good, bagged properly and super fast. This morning 18 mins from order to my door with about 10 products. Never been to a tesco like it , shelves are empty about 7pm and when u ask have they got what you want in the back they say no. Then I go back before closing and magical appears on shelves. Like they can't be bothered to help.
Got alot better over the past year, the staff seems alot friendlier. Price are a bit dearer then the normal tesco but they do have the club card discounts.
Woeful customer service. Looks like Tesco have rounded up all the female wrestlers with tattoos and attitudes they could find wandering the streets, given them a badly fitting overall, then stood them in the shop with instructions to lose as much business as possible. Judging by other reviews it would appear Tesco is working hard to keep the star rating as low as possible. I bet all the one star reviews would have been Zero if it were possible.

Unfortunately the staff appear to have done their customer relations training with the Kremlin. Poor show Tescos, if you are trying to promote "decency and professionalism" you have failed! Please get a grip of your staff, it's losing you business.
The staff are lovely always helpful, cheerful and rememember you. But need a designated litter picker tesco making a lot of money and litter they could pay someone to pick litter most of it from tesco in the local area. It would engender a lot of publicity or give a grant for the scout hut if they litter pick for a year
