   I may be old fashioned but if you're going to work in a retail environment,maybe develop some customer service skills. Just served by a woman - No greeting, didn't bother to tell me the total, no please and barely a thank you when I paid. Terrible attitude.

   Time 8 am - 6/08/2025 - verry bad customer service.. Rude behaviour from till. One of old lady. No any greeting ( hai, halo, goodmonrning nothing ) also NO please, No any polite ward. Verry bad experience from old lady.. I am also report this issue on head office..

   Poor customer service.. Expshaly old lady. 21/07/25 time 12.15 - one of the lady working on shop floor.. She don't like help customer. One person ask for some help she didn't. Why tesco keep this type of staf. Rude behaviour.. Verry poor service.. Ask enquiry about the one prodact.. She don't like answers me and horubile replay.. She look like curly ginger hair.. This is second time same lady miss behave me and some of other customers.hate this shop because thiis type of staf

   Popped down to tesco rainworth to get some essentials since just moved into the village...was served by a lovely shop assistant called Karen...nothing was too much trouble. Helpful polite and obviously dedicated to her job. Thank you for making me so welcome! Big 5 stars!

   Appreciate retail is a tough job, I’ve done it myself, including for Tesco but Liv, the checkout girl was particularly obnoxious. Didn’t say a word when serving me, had a stinking attitude, and finally looked at me as if I had two heads while I waited for payment confirmation. Truly awful people skills

   Average car park space, awkward when delivery lorry in! Wish people would park properly and not abandon vehicles! Or park in disabled when they're not, too lazy to walk. Inside store Is clean, well stocked and easily navigated, unless staff are shelf stacking! Staff are always friendly, helpful and generally decent attitude towards the public shoppers. Quite handy shop to have, pop in and grab your everyday essentials. Entrance/exit from main road can be naughty and with volume of traffic can cause a nuisance, folk just need to be sensible about it.

   Best express store that's conveniently nearby! Very good prices, pretty much the same as a supermarket, which is very surprising. Also staff is very friendly and are always helpful. Kinda wish there was always someone at the till than having to use the self service... Oh, it also has a fresh bakery which is a hidden gem. Those chocolate croissants taste amazing!
