A lot of mould on the vegetables and a dirty floor so it make me think if the meat and the other products are good, short of products and prices. For sure we won't visit them again.
Large shortages on the shelves and no prices for available products (Maybe they are simply expensive and do not give the prices that are available) The goods are lying in place, which is a general problem. I don't recommend buying bread there. It is not fresh and taken from freezers. Fake nice service, but actually it looks like they were working where they could be applied.
The entrance was blocked with a pallet of drinks, allot of aisles were blocked with trolleys full of bottles of pop and we were followed around and asked what we were looking for! It's a bloody supermarket and I want to have a look around to see what they have! Also they say it's a European supermarket but everything there is from Romania only?
Only reason it's 3 stars was because the tills weren't working at checkout and staff were abrupt.
Good stuff but the management and organization it bad,they dont care about costumer, also it no order and disciplin
Needs to improve staff client service. 2 ladies are nice and friendly, the other 2 behave like you are not welcome there... The products are top quality, just half of the persons that are working there are not happy with their job at all...
Very bad, the people here talk with you like you are making their whole life miserable. They don't even bother to smile at you and their actions makes you leave and dont want to buy anything and to be more specific about people, a guy and a girl from the fridge , from the meat and cheese act like you disturb them, they try to look busy and if u want to buy something you distrub the from trying to look busy.
