    During my recent visit to this Morrison’s location, I witnessed a highly unprofessional and deeply concerning incident involving a delivery driver who had been waiting over 40 minutes to collect an order for a customer. While the driver was speaking calmly to one staff member, another member of the Morrison’s staff abruptly inserted herself into the discussion in an aggressive and hostile manner. She raised her voice, instructed him to leave the store, and even threatened to call security, despite the fact that he had done nothing other than wait for a significantly delayed order. Her behaviour appeared to carry a discriminatory undertone, as the hostility seemed directed at the fact that the driver was not of British nationality. Furthermore, another member of the Morrison’s staff intervened during the exchange. When the driver calmly explained that he is paid per order rather than by the hour, she responded with an unprofessional remark: ‘I’m not paid to do this for you either.’ Instead of offering assistance or clarification, her comment contributed to an already tense and unnecessarily hostile situation. Throughout the entire incident, the delivery driver remained calm, respectful, and composed. Despite this, the aggressive staff member summoned security and falsely claimed that he was being ‘aggressive’. Only after another individual present stepped forward to clarify the truth did the situation de-escalate and security ceased to pursue the matter. The conduct exhibited by these members of staff was entirely unacceptable and reflects extremely poorly on this Morrison’s location. No individual—whether customer, visitor, or delivery driver—should be subjected to such treatment. Behaviour of this nature, particularly when it carries a discriminatory element, has no place in a professional environment. I sincerely hope that management reviews this incident thoroughly and ensures that staff receive appropriate training in professionalism, respectful communication, and equality. The entire situation made me feel extremely uncomfortable as a customer witnessing it.

    There was quite a bit of a queue and 10 minute wait for a couple of carbs not too bad. But then it adds to the time when completely the wrong cobb is bought out which has happened here. The photos are of the complete chaos so there is clearly a staffing problem. The food is what you'd expect really a sausage on a cob no sauce offered that we could choose...... I guess it's somewhere to sit if you've been to the hospital....... I spelt my cup of coffee on the table and used that liquid to give it a clean so it was fit to sit at. It's nobody's fault although the staff might argue that the management doesn't staff the place properly I don't know I couldn't comment..... I won't put a photo of the cob on because it's a cob.... I'm usually very eloquent in my reviews but I just thought I'd get the facts down here..... Oh I'd almost forgotten, no sugar asked for sugar and didn't get bored any so I drunk my coffee without sugar.... There was some well actually quite a lot of loose demerara where the sachets used to be I should have scraped some out with my fingers and used that.... Sorry I don't mean to slate the place but you are expected to pay for the goods in here if it was free I don't understand it's like a hobo shelter..... Come back to edit this. Yes my partner had the sausage cob delivered in error, which we sent back. The bacon did come in the end but it was stone cold.... Places like this succeed because they are in a supermarket so they can get away with stuff the nearest other place I can think of to this is all them wimpy that shut down nationally.... The one that Gordon Ramsay went to try and help and to stop it shutting down... You know it's just like quality doesn't matter it's not an issue anymore when you've got a captive audience you know anything seems like a treat after walking up and down the aisles I just think you know it needs bringing to attention....

    What’s embarrassing is that every time I order some small quantity of items, it takes forever to get packed? I could grab it myself much quicker at the rate these guys pack. Second of all, the amount of times it’s marked “out of stock” for me to come into store 15 minutes after receiving my order at my door step, and what’s that on the shelf? The item you apparently didn’t have in stock! Shocking! You don’t want my money? You want me to waste fuel and time getting it myself because you can’t be bothered? Edit: yet again, they’ve not learnt their lesson, 1 hour for 4 items I ordered in deliveroo and it’s still not ready yet! What is going on! And just to top it off, they charged me £6 for an item and didn’t give it me! Can’t tell if the driver stole it considering they didn’t seal the bag or if they forgot to put it in the bag

    Review of cafe only based on a single 25 minute visit on a Monday lunchtime. Horrendous, at least 50% of the tables had used crockery etc., some multiple trays where customers had piled them up. Staff walked past the waste on multiple occasions no thought to pick it up and return to the kitchen. Tables were dirty, sticky, quite obviously not properly cleaned between customers. No side plates for muffins etc., asked the cashier for one to be told that they had only just put some out, will sort it soon. I don't care when or how many you put out I need a clean plate. So I mentioned clean because when they were put out I had to rifle through the pile to find a couple of clean ones. So in short, best avoided would be my advice, the management needs to get a grip.

    Visit to Morrison’s on a rainy flooded evening - 20th October 2023. We were there for some quick shopping. The entry road was completely blocked due to the rains. We quickly picked up some French fries and liquor.

    I called in for my dinner on Monday 13th of March, i had fish, chips and garden peas with 2 slices of white bread and butter, followed by a chocolate eclair. Excellent service. Friendly atmosphere. Lovely food.

    Its got to be said that this place is slipping. Smelly toilets with slippery floors, lack of stock, silly prices with questionable saving labels on are some of the recent issues I've noticed. To add to that today I've just got to the checkout to be told they have no bags at all. I've just left a trolley at the checkout with roughly £200 of shopping in. Its only really been the meat counter that has me coming back but even that is slipping. If things continue we'll be going elsewhere. Its time to pull your socks up Morrison's. **Update after 20 minute's** I went to ASDA on the way home and found most of the items where considerably lower in price.

    Too many different offers on wines and not explained in detail making it a miracle if you actually get an offer. Need two on Customer Services as they do parcels.returns.price queries & even balloon inflating! To name but a few.

    We use Online shopping every week for my elderly parents. Pretty disgusted that all the slots were booked up for Christmas weeks in advance, obviously from others who rarely use the service. Up to now we have been pleased but we would have hoped provision could have been made for regulars and the vulnerable.

    On popping in here to buy a few bits we found the salad counter to be almost out of food by midday. The staff weren't very helpful as they preferred to talk amongst themselves rather than engage with us. Was looking for mince pies but couldn't find any staff members (in a huge store you would imagine there would have been someone to ask )
