The vegetables and fruit were very old and of poor quality. Many out of date products on the shelf. The manager was very arrogant not only in the way he spoke to me but also in how he treated his staff. Very disappointing overall.
If you have an event, in particular Carribean events, this is the place to get all you need for that event. There is als a meat centres there to. The store is very large and has an extensive variety of foods. There is a free carpark. Word of warning please beware full when exiting out of here. There is a mirror to see traffic coming down, but tou still have to edge out a little.
Very rude reception service. Selection of food items and shop orientation are good. Prices are okay. Only recommendation is to change the way billing counter treat the customers. She talks rude to some customers while keeping a sweet tongue in selected customers..this hurts us and made us dissatisfied with our shopping experience. This will affect repeat visits.
Good: You don't get followed around the shop, like you're a criminal. They stock pretty much everything. Bad: Tiller on phone, not very professional. The food & drinks are off. Opened up a sparkling drink from here & I'm lucky I smelt it before because it stunk like rancid apples & had no fizz. How long was it in there for it to go flat?! Avoided bad belly there but wasted my money. Very expensive. Must have shares in the own brands that they sell.
Don't expect fancy but if you want anything Asian food wise this is an excellent one stop shop. Friendly staff and a wide range of quality produce. Good parking and reasonable pricing.

It's an Indian focused store and reflects that however staff are friendly and helpful and the prices are great. Wide variety of Anglo-Indian, Indian and Bangladeshi produce. Car park acceptable but watch out for the exit onto the road .. it is challenging.
Very big choice of all foods. Caters for most of the local community catering. Staff a bit slow in helping with queries but otherwise very good.
