Rude staff. Do no recommend. Staff member held my trolley and shouted at me for moving a item (that was incorrectly there) to reach the correct one on the shelf.

This so David’s wife…. This is regarding the Wolverhampton Store - I’m extremely disappointed with George, the so-called deputy manager, and the service at the Wolverhampton Lidl. His behaviour was shocking, disgusting, and completely unacceptable. I regularly travel just under 30 minutes every month to buy my favourite wine, yet when I discovered 5 out of 9 bottles were faulty, George refused to help. I went to the store to exchange them, but he: • Repeatedly interrupted me and wouldn’t let me explain the situation. • Gave misleading information, claiming Lidl only refund or exchange fresh produce — this is not true. • Insisted the only option was to call customer services, despite my request for a simple exchange. • Ignored common courtesy and professionalism, forcing me to record the conversation just to ensure clarity. I was left frustrated, dismissed, and out of pocket for both time and fuel. A deputy manager behaving like this is disgraceful. Lidl need to take serious action to ensure loyal customers are treated fairly and respectfully. It asks how the company can put it right therefore I would like an apology off George for lying to me and poor customer service. I want an exchange for five bottles of faulty wine and fuel compensation for travelling to a store for absolutely no reason to get treated like a second-class citizen.

Good products, but shop looks dirty, lots of pallets and empty boxes all over the shop. Big tills a never open, people with big trolleys has to go trough self-service. Staff is not nice, they can see people with a big trolleys and no one's bother to open the big tills. It used to be a good shop.

Spacious shop. Plenty of fresh baked goods on the shelves and plenty of stock at good prices , could do with more freezer stock though, hardly anything frozen on offer but other than that, friendly staff and clean shop

I quite like this store and always seems pretty well stocked of produce but what annoys me is no baskets by the entrance and what annoys me more is being told by a member of staff on 16.01.23 to be precise when I asked if they have been had moved where they stored now is we are too busy love you will have to go and find one at a till end. I had to go to end isle self service and push past a queue to get one. If he had offered to get me one I would of said no worries point me in the right direction I can see you are busy but his flippant comment was bordering on rude. Customer service goes a long way to keeping customers.

Pretty standard Lidl. Could do with a bigger car park staff always friendly and helpful. Great for doing a big shop. Bit of a nightie if you just want to pop in for a sandwich with the queuing

Super cheap and not too busy. I always buy one of there ,£1.50 boxes of veg, if you choose your box wisely and the vegetable gods are on your side, you can easily eat reasonably fresh veg with your meals for a week.

Absolutely fed up of not being able to buy essential items I need in this store. You always end up coming out without something you need including the most basic of things such as eggs, sugar, milk, baby milk. Frankly covid is no longer an excuse for the lack of availability since Asda, aldi and other stores do not have this problem. Cheap prices means poor service. You really get what you pay for. The two photos of the baby milk is two separate attempts that week of buying it and nothing left on the shelves for my 5 month old. The second photo is another second attempt at trying to buy some squash.
