Beggars on front door and cash machine. After speaking to staff they said they can't do nothing about it. Seems a wellbeing of beggars is more important than customer. So I'll start shopping somewhere else.
last sunday morning a fraud alert appear on my mobile phone. I called down to the Tesco Mobile shop at roundhay in leeds, and spoke with Faakhir who sorted my problem out ,and checked my mobile phone thoroughly and corrected the fault. Joe
Staff are friendly and helpful, unfortunately you will often encounter beggars outside who can often get persistent and aggressive, but the staff do their best to deal with them when you bring it to their attention.
Okay for ur money worth but nothing else
The system do the cheating for many prices as example i bought benson heages superking blue in store 10.70 pound but on the website is 10.40 thay getting more price. already checked the goverment webite thay didnt put prices on cigarettes but the store will do diffrently so disappointet .
i visited the tesco express a sheepscar this norning. I am disabled and was a little apprehensive about asking for help. I spotted a member of staff replenishing some shelves and asked him if he would help me he immediately stopped what he was doing and helped me getmy shopping and took it to the checkout. the cashier then proceeded to scan my items and then put the items in my backpack, what i thought was going to be a stressful experience was a pleasant one.
Saved the day on a late night Sunday for a friend & I, when the craving for a Shaken Udder Chocolush kicked in. We were over the moon when there were only 2 left close to midnight! Staff were super friendly. However, disappointed me to see staff refusing entry to customers before the advertised closing time of 00:00 midnight. Date: 06/02/2022
This place is so disorganised its unbelievable how these people still have jobs. Rude and incompetent staff members treating the shop like some social club. The lack of professionalism shown by the staff when customers around is a disgrace, it makes for an embarrassing and stressful experience everytime I visit.
Cannot comment on the Petrol Station as never used it, but have regularly used the shop and have found it carrying an amazing variety for a shop of its' size. Prices are perhaps a little higher than I would like but I appreciate that I am paying for the many hours they are open. Staff are helpful and the place is clean, Covid-19 rules are stuck to, a recommended shop.
