    It’s absolutely outrageous! Thieves walk in and out of that store every day, stealing without consequence — and no one says a word. But I walk in carrying my small, well-behaved dog in my arms, and I’m the one who gets thrown out? I shop there all the time, I spend my money there regularly — and THIS is how I’m treated? Meanwhile, the staff are standing outside smoking half the day instead of doing their jobs. That’s acceptable? People stealing — that’s fine? But someone honest, respectful, and loyal to the store is treated like a criminal? You’ve lost a loyal customer for good. I will NEVER go back, and I’ll make sure others know how disgusting this treatment is!”

    Could do with security... Staff are expected to deal with people stealing. Prices seem to rise every time I visit. And to top it off... The company seems to ignore email complaints and seem more driven by profit from the overpriced colourful bags opposite the tills. The Tipton one is my local one... I pitty and feel for the staff on low wages while those in the board room profit via greed... Was so hoping for an Aldi or lidl but ended up with poundland. Coop that used to be in the same building left their staff in danger... It seems most of the these retail companies do these days... With the resent gov stripping the population of a welfare state more people will be forced to steal to survive... But the manage meant care while raking in profits while the rest of us head for poverty.....

    Good range of clothes in pep&co very helpful girl helping me with what type jacket looked better on me being the bigger lady I am she took time to look out in the back to make sure they had a XL I felt like nothing was too much hassle for this lady she when above and beyond
