   Went Christmas Shopping the place was a tip Empty boxes all over the floor staff moaning as it was a change of shift and the previous shift left it a mess due to useless management organisation who don't have a clue. The fresh produce looked yuk and the isles were blocked with produce so you couldn't get round. We use to go regularly to shop but over the last few years it's gone downhill. Last of all no staff at the fuel court. We are never shopping here ever again. Ho the floor staff was very helpful pity the management let it down.

   Today I lost my shopping in Tesco and was starting to panic. I was helped by a wonderful lady called Racheal who located my trolley and returned it to me. She stayed to make sure I was OK as I was upset. Thank you Rachael for your kind help xx

   Shocking!!!! Look at the pics I’ve attached. There were numerous flies in the cakes. No wonder people get ill from food from supermarkets. Showed it a member of staff and they were quite flippant and dismissive of the situation. No manager apparently on site to investigate as she was off the premises for a while. Won’t be shopping at Tesco Cradley Heath again. Poor hygiene and quality control.

   The staff are rude and seem like they don't want to work there. The pharmacist actually refused to serve today as he was too busy, with no one waiting. The exchange between us took longer than it would have to serve me. Terrible customer service!!! And the checkout staff are as bad.

   Stop putting dead animals in your plant based section, and while you're at it, actually put some vegan options in it too! I'd rather pay the extra of Sainsburys than shop in this hole. Tried it once, bad experience, keep your club card price! Oh, and the staff are rude!

   Great location, plenty of parent and toddler carparking spaces. Two ATMs outside. There is a great selection of clothing here upstairs. There is a tesco mobile on the upper level and a Costa. There is a pharmacy in the back of the ground level of the store. The baby clothes here are great quality and great prices. There is a decent mens section also. The staff are pleasant and helpful. This tesco is busy most of the time.

   Definitely worth it! I went on my birthday with my fursuit! I had a big group photo with the front desk staff and kids in store wanted photos of me! At rhe same time, i did some shopping and all the staff were wonderful

   This place is the biggest Tesco superstore I have ever been to. The food part is massive and there's a mezzanine floor that holds clothing, household items, DVD and PlayStation and Xbox games. There's also a Costa coffee cafe. You can buy a foreign country exchange for currency.
