   The refurbished single site store has an excellent food hall. My only concern is the teeny size of the new cafe downstairs. Would have had a coffee and cake but all 4? sit down tables were occupied.

   Great new foodhall, not to sure about the coffee shop which is now out in the main shopping mall, a little chilly and way way too few seats, staff were resorting to sitting customers on same tables where there were only 2 people on a table for 4 most of the staff were trying their best to help but all chaotic. Needs to be increased in size if they want to please their customers, a retrograde move in my opinion. But generally love most M & S coffee shops

   Really impressed by the service that I received in this store. A guy called Francis was leading up and managing the short queue and he was super helpful and efficient in processing my refund. He is a credit to the company. Also Laura the store manager. Overall a lovely place to shop. Thank you Francis.

   I only visited the foodhall section. Lots of variety in many delicious looking food items, but I didn't have the facilities to do a big shop at the time, so settled for some vegetarian Percy Pigs, and some mini 'Colin the Caterpillar' cakes. I will be back and better prepared next time.

   Brought four bra's a week ago and had to take one back today as it was damaged. Not a straight forward change as they wanted to argue over how it was damaged and that I must be washing my clothes wrong. Even though the other bra's are fine. I've washed it once and tried wearing it once! I work in retail and I think it was rather rude of the staff on the bra department to speak to customers this way. Next time I want to spent over a £100 on underwear I won't be shopping here!!

   I pre-ordered the items I wanted which was easy and efficient and chose to collect from the Merry Hill Store as I work in the area. However, when collecting, the woman working on the desk was rude and dismissive. I provided my name and she stated my details were not there and asked me why they weren't available. I said I could provide a receipt of purchase and wasn't sure why my information wasn't available when I had an email to collect, when she then informed me that my name was in fact on there but I should have ordered in a different way and made me list all of my items. She didn't tell me the alternative way to order so I'm not sure what she meant by this. She then went out the back, returned with my parcel and slid the box across to me with no further interaction. I like the items (gifts for a Percy Pig fan) but I'm appalled at the customer service. I would have made an exception if it was busy - as someone who also works in customer service and understands that Christmas is stressful for retail workers I tend to take everything with a pinch of salt. But I was the ONLY person there! I'd suggest either ordering online or not bothering at all as it has really tainted my experience.

   Went in not realising it was closing in 15 minutes, and was in desperate need of a bra fitting service. Charlotte was very accommodating and helpful even though she was busy getting ready to close. With how late I went, Charlotte didn’t need to help me, therefore I really appreciate that she took the time out to do the fitting.

   Like a kids play area only with adults. Stood round un professional chatting laughing really loud. Food ok drink ok and use to enjoy coming here but all teens working here which is fine but terrible service and just found nothing the whole time here
