   Same as the previous review, a vile company. I was a guarantor for my daughter, due to personal and health problems she couldn't make the payments so it fell to me. As someone has mentioned before, they don't do proper credit checks, they can't do or they would have seen that my credit was bad as well. They failed to take into consideration my age, and ignore the fact that I've had to reduce my working hours, they were asked not to phone me due to me working nights and a bad reception on my phone, they leave voicemails but when we try to call back no-one ever answers. My daughter has paid the original loan amount plus some of the interest and I made a full and final payment offer which they refused. I'd be interested in knowing more about what a previous poster said about the FOS saying not to pay anymore if you've paid the original amount back.

They were very professional and respectful throughout each of our interactions, ensuring that both myself and my guarantor had all the facts and information we needed, communicated to us effectively and in a timely manner. Each phone call, text and email was easy to understand and written in a caring and personalised way. I would highly recommend this company!

   Very good experience I dealt with Chris who was extremely helpful with helping me understand what being a guarantor meant as I have never done it before. Everything was processed very quickly and very professionally. Also big thank you to Chris for always answering the phone quickly and keeping me up to date with everything. Very helpful and friendly would 100% recommend this company

   Avoid this company like the plague, everything is fake! Here is my story: I applied and got refused by them months ago, because of my guarantor, OK. This month I applied again, with a strong guarantor. Everything OK, "call us to arrange payout". They made me wait a lot, when they answered they asked me the weirdest questions a loan company could even ask, and then asked for a bank statement, which I provided. They made me wait a lot again ( there goes the "instant decision .. ). I had to call 5 times today to get my application status. The guy "Daniel" "assesed" my monthly income/spend, and at the end he refused me. Here's why: I applied for debt consolidation as I have some nasty credit cards, turns our that if they gave me the loan I could pay them off and have a lot more disposable income, which would allow me to pay them back very easy. NO, this is what the guy was telling me. I asked for a valid reason ?! As this is misconduct and false advertising, he kept saying the same thing: "Unfortunately on this occasion we cannot help you." Again, I repeat.. think twice before applying for a loan with this company, as they are a massive scam. I IGNORED all the bad reviews, and what did I get ?? My data taken, my time wasted, and a big NO.
