   Dodgy practices…especially when you try to close the account with early payments. I paid a lump sum payment almost a month ago which covers 90+ of total outstanding but they’re still haven’t adjusted it to my account. They don’t have an online platform to see your account statement in real time and the statement they sent me last week was manually edited to exclude my lump sum payment so they can keep charging more interest and drag this on. It’ll cost you an arm and a leg in interest anyway…I made the mistake of doing business with them and I’m here to tell you stay far away from this loan shark!

   Don't do it!!!! Please Please don't do it, find another way to get the money. It's an absolute ripoff. I fell ill whistle paying them back and obviously my money ran out. They was constantly hounding me with letters texts emails and calls . It got that bad I sold my house.

   What a complete waste of time and energy! I applied for a secured loan 22 days ago and was told that Evolution Money were one of the quicker paying loan companies, expecting to pay within 3-5 days. What a load of cobblers! They strung me along for 22 days, reassuring me that I was a good candidate to be accepted to the loan. I connected all my bank accounts and they went through each transaction with a fine tooth comb, asking me to explain what each and every thing was. They also went through my credit file in great detail and I spent MANY HOURS on the phone to their underwriters explaining everything. Even then they kept coming back to me with follow up questions day after day. It was soul sapping, and I would much rather have dragged myself over broken glass naked than spend that length of time poring over every detail of my life, justifying every purchase. They even wanted to know what some £5 purchases at Amazon were for. I also had to keep chasing them for updates. The final straw was on Friday when I spoke to one of the underwriters handling my case (Kadeel). He seemed confident of a positive lending decision on Monday and that he would call me in the morning. Guess what? I didn't receive a phone call and I had to chase yet again at 15:30. The assistant who answered told me that Kadeel was conveniently unavailable, but the lending manager had declined my application and that was that. What a joke of a company. I was only applying for a loan of £18k that would have been SECURED on my property which has £400k equity. WHERE IS THE RISK?! Anyone would have thought I was asking to borrow £1m based on how I was hauled over the coals. I would not recommend Evolution Money UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Sell a kidney if you have to, it will be quicker and be much less inconvenience!

   I applied with Evolution; I found myself chasing for updates. Being told one thing and then doing another, then having to chase again. Putting creditors through I did not want. Again not bothering to contact me, I have requested a complaints procedure. I would recommend them - the fees are ridiculously high and you find yourself constantly compromising what you actually want to satisfy ridiculous underwriting. I am so annoyed, has caused so much stress and the delays have made things much more worse. Even hanging up on me.

   Great service, helped me through a difficult time. I had a great initial call with Craig who was friendly and really helped me get out a difficult finance situation. After this I dealt Leon the underwriter who was incredible professional and sorted out my application as soon as. Only thing is the services were pretty expensive, so thats the only way ive given is 4 stars.

   Very swift service professional , so would highly recommend Harry was a pleasure to deal with as was Ryan. Thanks so much However ! I was emailed and assured. Funds would be released Friday and I have received no replies to my emails and had no contact Friday to tell me that funds may be delayed. Still no confirmation funds released which is a shame after the great start. No money in my bank :(

   Pretty smooth process - shout out to Omar and Nick in particular, they were excellent to deal with. The app could have worked a little better, there were a few mis-communications but quickly resolved. All in all we would recommend Evolution money.

   Had a very positive experience with Evolution Money on obtaining a secured loan. Everyone I spoke to was responsive, helpful and answered all questions I had in a speedy manner. Interest rates seemed high but I believe that is due to a third charge element.

The process was super easy to follow (their app is very handy!), I knew what was happening every step of the way. I would recommend them. Happy with the service & customer care they’ve provided.
