   Appalling customer service. Been trying to call for 3 weeks now to change bank details and they haven’t answered the phone once. Their email is no longer active. Their app doesn’t even let you log in.

   I've been with MCU for years and had a few loans with them. But I don't understand why you can't transfer your savings to your existing loan amount to help reduce the amount you owe online instead of over the phone.

   I've previously taken out a few loans, but never with a credit union. When dealing MCU, you are treated as a human, not just another number. The service I received was ten times better than any high street bank or lender. It was excellent. My loan was quickly approved within a week with a fair interest rate. I was fortunate to have Zatoon as my loan officer, who listened to my queries and actioned any requests. I intend to become a saver with MCU for some time now as they seem trustworthy and fair. Plus, they have been a pleasure to deal with - I highly recommend them!!
