These guys will give you an agreement in principle, take your money THEN they do due diligence checks as opposed to the other way around. Basically a scam to get your processing fee beforehand. Any person with an A.I.P won’t hesitate to pay the fee as your led to believe these guys can accommodate when in fact they don’t even know themselves but they have your money so they don’t really care if they can offer you a product or not! They have a 1 star rating for a reason-please anyone with any sense avoid these people they have no integrity and will scam the processing fee out of you!
